Hey! I decided to update my introduction thingy cause the last one was kinda terrible lol…. and if you know me irl….. well this is going to be awkward…..

(on that note, seriously, if you know me irl, I would greatly appreciate it if you do not tell anyone about this... thanks)

Here’s some more information about me:

• I’m a minor (16 years of age)

• I am asexual, and I'm not comfortable with anything NSFW. As for my romantic orientation, I honestly have no idea at this point... lol

• Any pronouns are fine

• Feel free to make friends with me as long as you don't fall under my DNI criteria

• I am shy/awkward and if I don’t respond I might not have the time to or I’m just nervous

• I partially use this blog to interact with the sfw tk community. If you don't know what that is... well I'd rather not explain it. If you're interested, you can probably find out on your own pretty easily.

• If you want to refer to me, you can use “August”, but if you come up with a nickname, I wouldn’t be opposed to that either.

• I listen to a lot of classical music, mostly romantic era/modern (chopin, Mahler, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, etc), but also just anything else of (almost) any genre I happen to find that I like really, so if you have anything you’d like to recommend, that’d be great!

• I play piano mainly, and violin, and some other woodwind instruments that I don’t really practice as often.

• Video games (sometimes)

I feel like I need to share this because idk if Europeans are familiar with the presence of Aldi in the US, but at least especially in my area they’ve been growing a lot recently. Like Aldi bought out some local failing grocery chains where I live (Louisiana) and have opened Aldis in all these somewhat rural communities and small towns, which for the record I’m fine with

But as a result of this they are advertising a lot more in my area and also in many cases, the people in these areas have never been confronted with Aldi or any European grocery store. So the ads that Aldi is pushing out to its new US customer base feature a cowboy shopping at Aldi who is explaining to new Aldi customers how Aldi works. Like this cowboy is explaining you gotta put a quarter in the shopping cart and why there are very little name brands. A cowboy is how they want to reach their American customer base.
