i'm always thinking very fondly of this dumb little play i saw at the renaissance fair as a 15y/o closet case where two rival princes or knights or something were competing to rescue the same princess from a tower and they consulted a siren for directions and she just agreed to go with them and when they found the princess she fell in love with the siren and the rival knights realized they'd fallen in love with each other over the course of the quest. really good really 2011 you could tell new york had just legalized it

I try not to fall into the "I never liked their work anyway" ditch when an artist/creator reveals themself to be a terrible person
