Welcome to Fanfic.Mag!

One website, one podcast, one love - all for fanfiction.

We're a cultural magazine dedicated to taking fanfiction seriously. We are fun, loud, and unapologetically proud of all things fanfiction. We understand that fanfiction isn’t just for 12-year-olds sitting in their bedrooms – it’s culture, creativity, and, most importantly, community. Too often, fandom spaces are mocked by outsiders, dismissing them as cringe, weird, or childish but we are here to bat for all those obsessives. We are speaking to the writers on their laptops late at night and the dedicated readers with questionable screen time. 

This is a platform for our voices, celebrating the millions of fans shaping the future of storytelling on their own terms. We want the full spectrum: from fanfic newbies to the seasoned veterans. There’s something for everyone here at FanFic.Mag. 

We dedicate this magazine to anyone who loves fanfiction. The kids writing their first fic on Wattpad. The people reading on AO3 until 3am. Those here on Tumblr. We are by fans, for fans. And proud of it.

Here at Fanfic.Mag, we're all about community - specifically, what's going on in the wonderful world of fanfiction.

Our magazine is full of our ideas, rambles, and experiences. Now, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for journalists, writers, artists, bloggers, ranters, ravers, the wild, the whimsical, and the slightly insane. If you have an idea for a story (this could be fanfiction, something newsy, your opinion, a report of something you've experienced, etc) or artwork you'd like to see on our website, fanfic mag.uk, we would love to feature it*.
