The funny thing here is that some of the alternate Greek swaps here are - accidentally or knowingly? - just the Greek words for these meanings.

The Greek word for magnanimous is μεγαλόψυχος - megalópsychos.

The word for homicide is ανθρωποκτονία - anthropoktonía.

The word for manuscript is χειρόγραφο - chirógrapho.

So, if you came up with these only by knowing ancient roots and not actually checking the current equivalent terms, OP you did a great job!

In Genshin's case it's extra weird — they went to all that effort with Wanderer to turn him around and give him a journey, and ended up with Nahida's fun tsundere nephew. Every other Harbinger or fucked up Archon, we got a half-hearted attempt at best (Ei), neutering (most of the Harbingers) or Yoimiya telling us to stop being so mean to them (Childe) and they're all less interesting as a result.
