CARNIVAL OUTSIDER LORE #1 Mr.Francis "Wheres my fucking money?" Faust

Head of the Falling Moon casino, he is a very powerful man, he and his boys tend to use the swamp as a dumping group for "rats" and "wiseguys who didnt pay up" and the freaks always wonder why Hoots never leaves the swamp without carrying his trusty sword "Senko"

People say Mr.Faust here once had ties with Reaver's rival gang known as "The Sons of Zaro" he used them to guard his assets meanwhile Reaver and her guys used to spend their afternoons making their jobs harder.

Been playing baulders gate 3 thanks to hearing good things about it from just about everyone bought it however after a certain green moose said it was better than a heroin addiction so i bought it played it and then took a job to kill a one horned devil found her and fell in love i mean c'mon game you cant do this to me.

Karlach is just my ideal companion she dont give a fuck just a fuck about her companions even willing to partner up with a former enemy she swears as much as i do, has a shitty boss who makes her do shit she really dont wanna do, she is fun to listen to and makes it really hard to focus on my already attempted take off romance with shadowheart, truely a 10/10 they always said the devil was attractive and they were right

Here is an old photo from Fenic's asylum papers i found, she looked almost normal back then atleast before she dyed her hair permanently red and bleached her skin somehow, i gotta re-evaluate my life choices

"Ya know work is hard around that damn half flooded circus in the swamp, one second you are cleaning a tent next thing ya know ya lost a freak to a damn croc and a half i keep tellin Fen about it but what do i get in return? "Ya shoulda filmed it Hoots it woulda been hilarious" ya know what else is hilarious? Gettin work done on time so i can go back to keepin this place from further fallin apart"

If it wasnt for my immeasurable debt or the fear of Mr.Faust and his lackeys i would totally be somewhere else instead of this circus but i suppose it isnt all bad i mean i got my own trailer and its annoying mesquito problem in the summer but hey its all good!

The Carnival in what is now known as Deadclown swamp, once a place filled with fun attractions back in the early 50s the park had originally opened in 1947 and stayed open until the year 1971 when rumors began to spread about a murder that had taken place in the dead of night on august 12th 1970 people claimed the ringleader a man named Martin headway killed one of his clowns a 19 year old boy named Billy Mayright and tossed his body in the swamp in an old chained up coffin, his body wasnt found until late may 2002 deep within the now named Deadclown swamp by that time Martin had long since drank himself to death the circus had been closed since june of 1971 only to "reopen" on april 4th 2015 when fenic and her gang arrived it now serves as the main HQ for the freaks and clowns under Fenner's banner

DARK CARNIVAL LORE EPISODE #2 -EMPIRE BUILT OF FUN AND MURDER

It had been a straight year since the creation of the carnival, they practiced their acts and went over a potential schedule the only thing they had to do now was make money the good old fashioned way....Crime, they started small with night muggings then it came to shoplifting and then stick-ups it got to the point where the law would patrol the streets more often making it harder for the freaks to get money so Fenic gathered her lieutenants and they spent 4 long hours planning a long stretch of heists to pull off using their decently sized group all at once. Their first target was a measly gas station just up the road, she gathered up 10 clowns and Reaver and set off in that now painted over armored truck and smashed through the entrance of that backwater town gas station they busted out the dolly and snatched the ATM and even snatched the register meanwhile the cashier had just walked out of the restroom dumbfounded "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!" he shouted all the while laughter from Fenic and her clowns filled the building, before the poor worker could call the cops Reaver had grabbed him, tied him up and locked him in the restroom, by the time she got back Fenic's clowns had just finished pumping gas all over the store Fenic held a lighter flicking the flame on and off eager to set this place ablaze.

Reaver gave her the thumbs up Fenic's smile grew wild Reaver called for the clowns to get back in the truck she got behind the wheel and Fenner lit the place ablaze and as they drove off the gaspumps exploded marking they had been there, the law showed up 10 minutes later confused and angry meanwhile the clowns pulled up to their second hit a grocery store, Reaver didnt exactly want to hold an entire store hostage knowing it was a bad idea she had to convince Fenic to skip over it and head for the rear end and just smash through into the warehouse and take what they could, Fenic considered it knowing food was also important especially for a growing family of freaks and clowns she figured sure what the hell and they smashed through grabbed what they could carry and fled back to the Carnival tucked away deep within what they called Dead-clown's swamp a name i will get into later.

They spent the next few weeks once again doing minor crimes and hits until one evening some folks were sighted in the swamp but thats a story for another time.

Shoelace - An interview? You want an interview of me? My origins? Well originally this was supposed to be a part time job on the weekends but after swearing that oath of secrecy i kinda no longer have a choice the carnival is my home now and well since its my home i gotta do what i can to make it comfortable too bad my family couldnt join me on our trips from town to town always makes me wonder if the others have a family they miss?

Shoelace once a just a teen looking for a quick buck and joined on with the carnival and witnessed horrific murders from the founding members she was sworn into secrecy never to return to her past life now going under the alias Shoelace because of her short stature and skinny body and because fenic couldnt remember her name.

(Carnival Manager/Promoter/Janitor/lore keeper/pain in the ass)

Hoots - Before i was recruited into Fenner's carnival i spent my time lazing about in heavy debt and gambling with money i didnt have, well one day i came across a poster advertising this circus so i figured fuck it i have 10 bucks lets see what they got, well i got there and seen the worst looking carnival i think i've ever seen wasnt long later i inquired about a job and a job i got i started off as the janitor which i still am and once reaver left i took over the manager/promoter position and got me a new style to fit in with this circus full of freaks and i gotta say the pink suits me and in the end Fenner promised to get me outta my debt so my loyalty is iron its either trust her or let Mr.Faust's boys break my legs.

Hoots once a lazy man with heavy debt now a manager and a pain in everyone's ass and still in heavy debt with a pink suit to top it off.
