Ok so this account is only about the original movie or the style of the movie? Cause if that's so, what about Tron 2.0?

Mainly around the original movie and its style as I love it deeply, Legacy is fine it’s just a very different style and story.

I’ve heard a lot about 2.0! And seen some neat and beautiful stuff, unfortunately I’m not much of a gamer… ironically. Though I do have the OG arcade game in a multiplayer

Saw a discussion where they talked about the fact the original Star Wars trilogy is “Space Fantasy” and not science fiction, and that’s why a lot of the current stuff doesn’t feel right. It’s been said before but I feel that also explains Tron, where the original is a computer/science fantasy and the sequel goes into a pure, generic (said with love) science fiction route.

And it partly explains why I’ve never vibed with it half as much… on top of many other things. But god there’s some good stuff in there.

Debating if my cousin has the attention span for the Tron pop up book or not, he’s five and it really depends. He’s so smart until he’s not… I think he’d be into it and it won’t make him imitate anything too wild
