“Thank you, my dear.”
How many different ways are there to say ‘I love you’? It’s the understated bond between these two that always gets me. Where would they be without the other?
Thanks for commissioning this, @givesmevoice! It was a blast to draw 🥰

im so normal about these middle aged women
being offered ai at every turn
you might be smooth but you’ll never be as smooth as Joe from The Princess Diaries sweeping the queen into a tango saying “you’ve been wearing black too long” in his most alluring voice
I LOVE COLLABORATIVE SOTRYTELLING I LOVE CREATING THINGS TOGETHER I LOVE "YES AND"ING WITH OTHERS I LOVE "NO BUT WHAT ABOUT-"S I LOVE HEARIJG MY FRIENDS' IDEAS I LOVE BOUNDING OFF OF THEM I LOVE ART I LOVE STORIES I LOVE ALL THE DIFFERENT PASSIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED I LOVE ALL THE DIFFERENT MEDIA IT TAKES I LOVE I LOVE I LOVE
The great outdoors has to be one of the best episodes in the original series. Just Constance’s “attempt” to blend into the normal world, and Imogen’s complete resignation along with the arguments (just kiss already! erm… cough)
“What do you think you’re all staring at girls? Have you never seen a woman in a bonnet before?!”

Chapter Ten: The Secrets We Carry
Audrey meets Tristan.
She hesitated only a moment before claiming the space he’d offered and hugging her son for the first time since he was a week old. The baby she’d once held in the crook of a single arm filled both her arms now. He’d become a young man without her, and while she nearly cracked beneath the weight of all she’d lost, other broken parts of her seemed to knit together with his embrace.
Summary:
In 1913, Siegfried Farnon, a boarder at Scarborough College, meets Audrey Adamson, the groundskeeper’s daughter. Young love blooms.
In 1946, Tristan has an accident, revealing long-held secrets.
"You realise the brake is the one in the middle?" "I've tried that. It's not working." "What?"

Hi I hope you’re well❤️ you’re one of my very favourite Audrey and Siegfried writers. Lots of love xx
Thank you so much ❤️
I love writing for them.
Hey everyone, looks like the “cat summoned for jury duty” was ai generated - even has the ai symbol at the top. Thanks for the heads up, @cannot-all-throw-inkpots . My apologies- I did not realize when I shared it.
Aww dangit. Guess that makes sense, but it was so believable because I can 100% see that kind of goofup happening
Some positive news: There really WAS a cat summoned for jury duty back in 2010. Turns out the error was quickly corrected and the cat did NOT actually have to travel to the courthouse. But at least we can enjoy the fact that a papereork glitch did once try to give a cat jury duty XD

Vote Binface
I love Count Binface for many reasons, but this perfect parody of dodgy election leaflet bar charts is pretty high up the list.
