my name is riley, pronouns are he/him and she/her, and i was born in 1998 (currently 24 years old). my favorite ND games are secret of the old clock and phantom of venice

my favorite characters are nancy drew, frank hardy, bess marvin, henry bolet, ryan fitzpatrick, and deidre shannon

i will dedicate this for gameplay, my headcanons, but i will occassionally post about the books, movies, and TV series! looking forward to meeting and interacting with more people in the fandom

This was partly inspired by a pie chart someone made of all the mysteries in each game and all the posts about the mysteries Nancy comes in to solve and then actually solves! Can't find any of them atm tho lol.

Headcanon that Ace is always the sober one at parties, but not because he chooses not to drink. He just never gets drunk. Ace can throw back endless amounts of liquor, but his mental clarity and presence of mind? Absolutely untouched.

The rest of the Drew crew is just like "wtf Ace. How do you have the alcohol tolerance of a horse" and he just shrugs. He doesn't know. It is what it is.

Nancy is a combination sleepy/giggly/cuddly drunk. Her walls come down a bit when she has that buzz, but her movements are slow and extremely physically affectionate. Still manages to maintain a fair amount of mental clarity, though, unless she is truly hammered.

Bess gets high-strung and... ehm... spastic 😂 speaks at a very loud volume. Excitable and always spearheading fun things to do (this girl can get down with some drinking games), but susceptible to spiraling into a fit of anxiety if not monitored.

Drunk!Nick is purely here to have a good time. His sunshine smile and wholesome personality are only magnified by his lowered awareness of life's underlying stressors. The rowdiness doesn't kick in until he's had about 5 drinks.

When George is drunk, George is drunk. If she's gonna do it she's gonna do it right. "Imma lose all inhibitions or die trying, bitch". Also a bit of a horny drunk I can't lie about it.
