9. What are you currently trying to improve?

i'm merging these two together since they're connected. lately i've been trying to improve my coloring process, which color to abbine to which, how to make depth and contrast through color choice, and how to complement that with lineart. two pieces of media i loved in the last year always leave me speechless with their artstyle and vibrant colors. first one is AdaIro's jibaku shounen hanako-kun - the story is cute and interesting, but the way they use colors and light and brushes gives me so much serotonin, even when the panel is monochrome you can feel the light refraction it's really alive and vibrant.

the other one is hades, and seeing how popular among artists that game was when it first came out it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone, it's just gorgeous

also recently i started playing genshin impact and SIR THESE CHARACTERS SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO BE THIS COOL. yep, i'm sensing a new art obsession coming up.

10. What's that one thing that inspired you to make drawing your consistant hobby?

mmmmh this is hard. i don't really remember why i started drawing, nor i usually give it much thought, so if i had to pick a reason i'd say it's just that i like the creative process of putting hours and energy into something and then seeing it finished?

dfhjsfd just know i screenshot the long notes i get in my art posts and reread it when i need an inspiration burst (and yours are among the longest notes lmao)

24. How do you deal with artblock?

i-- don't. i'm not sure if it's the right way to deal with it, but i prefer not to confront it straight on. i feel like it would be counterproductive and energy-consuming, forcing myself with something that should be a passion or a hobby (and my energy resources are already really low), so i rather wait for feeling inspired again

25. Based on your recent reference searches, what would the FBI assume about you?

you know my current crows wip, the one with jesper pointing a gun? yeah, my search history is currently flooded with revolvers. my pinterest dash is 75% guns now. i see them everywhere and i still can't find the angle i need

so yeah, my personal FBI agent would be very confused at this sudden gun obsession, and maybe worried, if it wasn't for all the rest of my google history erasing all doubts that i'm anything but just a nerd
