name list so no one gets confused cause i'm gonna refer to the "actors" by their names
- jack and percy lynn are child stars. they found their fame on a show about two twins fighting monsters together after getting entangled with the devil. they find the similarities with this show very nostalgic
- percy lynn is gender queer and uses she/they pronouns, but will act a character any gender, since she views them as nothing more than characters she's helping create
(that being said, they are playing mugman as Gender Funky, just because they think it fits)
- cain is super cheery and friendly. he's a far cry from boris, and it constantly surprises interviewers
- along that same vein, they're constantly having to redo takes or edit footage because his tail was wagging when it shouldn't have been
- unlike bendy, christian is pretty down to earth. he comes from a big family and couldn't be more honored that a show highlighting the struggles demons face is his first major role - he's doing his best to do bendy justice
- amber is the least like her character. she's quiet and constantly apologizing for "ruining" takes. the fact she has to wear contacts is annoying to her
- it's both chris and amber's first gig! both of them were shocked that they weren't only getting small roles on a big project, but MAIN ones. they bonded quickly with the imposter syndrome
- leon is was the star of his own show when he was a teenager which got him into stardom!
- leon and jack met at an award event the same year leon's show first started. they hit it right off and started dating a few years later! now they're engaged 💞
- nyx and chris feel way weirder about having to act romantically with leon in front of his fiancé than either of the actual couple does. they've both been actors most of their lives, this is just normal. jack mostly just laughs
- jack is the most like his character. he's not crazy, but how cuphead acts casually? that's just jack. a lot of his lines are improvised, especially during more casual interactions
- every single nickname is thought of on the fly, and the actors are called them off set too
- when cuphead and dandy finally interacted, jack and leon were SO annoying. they wouldn't shut up about how "MY HUSBAND IS HOMEEEEE" (kill them with hammers /aff)
- jack cannot take hanging from the wires for the ghost moments seriously. he just can't. he keeps doing the YMCA and ruining takes. he's so lucky he's a damn good actor or he'd be fired
- after the younger cuphead's finished the dream sequence, everyone was fussing over them, since it was pretty intense for kids their age. the older one was embarrassed but the younger one accepted it since he was actually kinda shaken after the fake blood and jacks acting
- percy lynn is VERY different from mugman. she's really calm and even-keeled. every time they finish a take where mugman is about to burst a blood vessel jack can't help laughing about the cognitive dissonance
- while jack is known for a slew of roles, percy lynn is best known for her role as tallulah piccolo, and they're just fine with that - tallulah is their favorite too after all
- nyx is a famous actor, but not quite famous famous. he's the actor that you see and have to google before you go "OH he was in so-and-so!"
