Royal Order Demo - Released!

Time to set sail out on the open sea! Royal Order’s first demo is now officially released on both Steam and Itchio.

The demo covers the first 10 weeks of the Visual Novel and is meant to give you a feel for its gameplay, art style and writing.

Please note that the full release will contain additional scenes for these parts of the story. In addition, some of our assets are still works-in-progress and will be polished in the final release.

The Sval, pirates of the utmost north, are wreaking havoc all over the continent of Igrith.

Vowing to bring an end to their endless plundering, three kingdoms send forth their royal heirs to the High Council, a powerful and influential faction of magicians, to plead for their help during this time of crisis.

The High Council oblige, creating the Royal Order, and the heirs remain; however, political tensions are high as old grudges resurface between the three kingdoms. And, as the pirates continue to have their way, they are determinedly bound to reach their breaking point.

Play as Aarya, the newest member of the High Council, and help manage the Royal Order.

Tremere - Goth kids hold the line

1. Your extensive knowledge of Latin insults is unparalleled and much envied within the Chantry.

2. Tremere secrecy is legendary. Apprentice George swears to this day he saw a Councillor crunch a cassette tape after a Toreador casually asked him what he was listening to.

3. Nobody knows where the Regent sleeps. Come morning, you all look under your beds before going to sleep. It doesn’t help.

4. You once got lost in the Chantry’s magic corridors for three days before the others realized you were missing. You only wanted to get a midday snack.

5. The last time Tremere woke up from his slumber, he claimed he sensed unrest within the clan. It was actually because an apprentice tripped and smashed his face on his sarcophagus.

6. The worst part about being a Tremere is having to publicly tolerate your clansmen.

7. The Tremere agree to meeting times but keep the place a secret. It drives Ventrue closer to considering second death than anything else.

8. Nobody can clean the Chantry because the cleaning products are hidden. Everything is hidden. Where is your bed?

9. The best part about being a Tremere is that your clansmen have to have your back no matter how much bile your face generates in them.

10. You can recognize an experienced Tremere by their ability to spectacularly flip off any Tzimisce in under one second.
