We should all be embarrassed that men as stupid as Alito and Thomas are decisionmakers on our Nation's highest Court. It may be true that, as a U.S. Senator once said during debate on another Supreme Court nomination, that even stupid people are entitled to representation on the Court but there is no reason why the stupid constituency should have two Justices.
