Hoppy Easter! Gelli Printing Patterned Paper • Plotter Cuts • Alexandra Renke Dies • Easel Cards Please go to my @YouTube (link in bio) to watch the short process video. The cards are designed by me entirely for private use. The dies and stamps I used here were part of last month’s Alexandra Renke Subscription Box (KreativBox) that can be purchased individually on www.alexandra-renke.com where you can also subscribe, of course! I designed the stencils for the patterned paper in my Silhouette-software – which is easier than I thought – and cut them out of overhead foil. I am mainly using Amsterdam Acrylic Paint for the Gelli Printing and using my 12 x 12 inch plate for that. By the way, Gelli printing is the most satisfying thing ever!! I also scanned the die cut bunnies to make the backing-cut-file so I could assemble the bunnies with their outline and it would hold up on its own when standing the easel card up. Unfortunately, I am still not through with my health issues, so having to have surgery again. I will, therefore, not be able to do my regular unboxing video of the Alexandra Renke KreativBox on time. Condolence Card • Watercolour Painting • Doodling Not a traditional condolence card but something not so heavy and dark: My card is painted on Fabriano Cold Pressed 100 % cotton watercolour paper and I am using Schmincke Horadam Aquarell in Galaxy Violet and Manganese Violet, Daniel Smith Watercolor in Lunar Violet as well as the Finetec Coliro watercolour in “Unicorn” and painting with my DaVinci Casaneo quill brush. The pens I used for doodling are: Gelli Roll 05 in white, Gelli Roll Metallic in pink, Uni Posca pen (medium) in white and black as well as the Sakura MicroPerm 05 in ultra-fine. Condolence Card made with Alexandra Renke Supplies (mostly) I used Daler Rowney Acrylic Interference Colour Shimmering Gold, Amsterdam Acrylic Graphite and Pearl Yellow for Gelli printing the front panel of this card and embossed it with a folder named 'Blossoms'. I also used a die called 'Wild Grasses Set' and a rubber stamp round 'In stillem Gedenken' all of which are from the Alexandra Renke. I then used Versa Mark Ink and WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Regular embossing powder for the sentiment. The glue I use is the Tonic Nuvo - Deluxe Adhesive which is my favourite wet glue for my smaller card projects. We were not allowed fireworks this year to ease the NY's rush of insured to hospitals so I had to paint my own! 🎆🎇✨🎉 I used Schmincke Designer Guache, Caran d’Ache White Guache, Schmincke Horadam Metallic Watercolours, Brushes from Da Vinci and Black Paper from Clairfontaine.
