aside from (self-dx/highly suspected) npd, i also am autistic, physically disabled, vision impaired, & have adhd, c-ptsd, ocd, tourettes & a shit ton of other things. also some bpd and dpd traits but those are mostly overlap/caused by my other stuff i thiiiink? as far as i can tell it’s not enough for them to count as their own separate disorders for me, but i am shaking my hands with some bpd and dpd havers on quite a few things (eg. feeling things intensely and identity issues, for bpd) lol

Seems people have a lot of trouble with dealing with those who have narcissistic personality disorder. So here's a nice little quick guide.

Ways to deal with your local problematic narcissist:

Give them money.

Treat them like a person.

and to be clear this is nothing against people with said presentation of hs. their presentation of hs is not more or less valid than mine. i’m not downplaying anything. i just *know* how people who have never experienced a taboo intrusive thought in their life usually treat those who do get taboo intrusive thoughts (like. just take one look at how people treat people w/ POCD) & it makes it hard to feel included in hs spaces when i rarely see anyone like me, let alone feeling safe to talk about this shit
