Watching Danny Motta watch the Tangled show, and Rapunzel feels so autistic to me. Not because of her behaviors, because to me those are more likely caused by her having grown up in a tower and having only ever seen one person for 18 years. No, what I relate to most is that everyone seems to be forgetting why she’s acting so weird.

I keep echoing Danny anytime he brings up that SHE WAS LOCKED IN A TOWER FOR EIGHTEEN YEARS.

Yeah I’m so sorry the princess isn’t princess-ing, she’s missing eighteen years of life experience and social cues. Just let her be happy to meet other people please.

The Magnus Archives AU where, instead of Jon being the head archivist, it’s Ryan and Shane (or a duo similar) from buzzfeed unsolved supernatural. Only one of them is actually head archivist, no we don’t know which one. Nobody does.

They do the statements, then do the stuff they do in the unsolved supernatural show (go over possible explanations, go to the places where the spooky things took place, actively try to reach out to/irritate the horrors, stay the night, etc.)

Ryan believes in the supernatural, Shane is a skeptic. I think at least a good portion of season 1 would be them trying to convince the other, but when prentiss shit starts going down Shane has to admit that there’s some supernatural stuff that’s real. He’s getting there.

In season two, the supplementals are of them investigating or their recountings of the stuff that happened when they stay the night at the locations. Still suspicious of coworkers? Maybe. But instead of actively stalking them they’re trying to connect more pieces between statements.
