plots and plotting call !
this is a plotting call for all my muses and some ideas for plots that could work (although we can always think of others easily). i’ve already posted one in the discord so if you haven’t liked the original plotting call and want to plot, feel free to like this and i’ll message you here or through discord !

(¸.• ♛ → “no, i don’t want to be a problem.” and that’s why she prefers just to stay away, that should be good for her and them or at least she was guessing. a small sigh escaped from her lips now looking at him. “i think it’s better if i’m on my own, i was able to manage by myself some months…i should be fine.”
“you out there on your own hardly ended up well last time -- besides, if you think charles will be okay with this then you’re sorely mistaken.” his words were stern at first but soon softened with a smile. “it’s not like i have much of a leg to stand on when it comes to things like this, maybe we can...help each other or something.”

oliver smiled as she mulled it over and was honestly glad when she said she wanted to go. he loved getting to meet new people and he was happy to find a way to help her out too. “i know the perfect place. good coffee and has lunch options. it’s a win-win,” he grinned. “i would love a coffee.”
“maybe i need to forget all my things more often -- i can’t remember the last time i actually went out and socialised.” she scoffed, though there was a slight wince of embarrassment that followed. “do you recommend anything? consider me a total rookie.”

“bolin!” she moved to wrap her arms around the other, thrilled to see him finally here with the rest of them. she’d been slowly growing used to this city, but she’d missed the rest of her friends more than anything. “lin and asami are here, but that’s it so far.”
“how long have you been here? i’ve been trying to find people between jobs but i’ve only seen lin -- you haven’t seen my brother or anything? i was hoping you’d all be together.” there was a mixture of worry and relief in his tone and body language, he was so happy to see korra but he couldn’t help but keep the others in the back of his mind. “sorry, we shouldn’t be talking about that. what’ve you been up to? where have you been?”

“i don’t suppose you wanna go to the archery range by any chance?” he looked at her, with his version of hopefulness, and raised a brow. his bow was already held lightly in his palm as he held it out between them, bouncing it just slightly while he waited for a response. “it’s been a while and i think i’m already getting a little bit rusty. and, besides, i got a ton of trick arrows i’ve been working on and if you aren’t too much of a pain in my ass i’ll let you use some?”

“And what part did I play? Don’t be so cryptic, Erik. I can read your mind.” Charles became a bit more serious. Watching his friend closely. If he made a mistake he needed to know to make sure he didn’t do it again. “You don’t have to trust them, but by trusting me you allow me to give Jean a second chance. We are all deserving of a second chance and people who care about us.” He would always believe in the good in people, fight for it. He put his faith in what they could be. “I will take the risk. I do it willingly as well.” It is important to him to put himself out there for the others. He took another sip of his tea, leaning back in the chair. “Well to do that you need to give her the chance and us to be better. Can you do that? It will mean giving her a bit of slack and care.” There was a very small smile on his features. It was likely his biggest fault that he cared as much as he did. “It is odd having him here with us being the same age. I am a bit saddened that I didn’t get the chance to actually be a proper father to him, to raise him but I hope I make up for it here.”
“there are some things that are perhaps are better not to know -- you wouldn’t look at any of us the same, there’s a reason why i’m being so cryptic.” he set his jaw as he looked at charles, his cup now discarded onto the counter to pay him his full attention. “as someone who you’ve trusted multiple times before, forgive me for being slightly anxious of your decisions.” there was a small smirk that played at his lips alongside his comment, he knew better now than to question charles’ stubbornness. “i can’t promise complete forgiveness, but maybe i can stop the same mistakes being made.” erik sighed, running a hand through his hair as he did so. erik, when he thought about it for long enough, knew in his heart that she was just a child but he couldn’t help but replay the events in his head. talking about charles’ son was a welcome distraction for the mutant. “how does he feel about it all?”

mirabel nodded, smiling at the other. “yes, we’re all very close,” there was a time where they hadn’t been, but they were now. “my family is a little stranger than most, but I wouldn’t change any of them for the whole world,”
“stranger? in what kinda way?” there was genuine interest in her tone as she leaned forward, genuine smile growing across their lips. “i think i’d rather have a strange family than the boring one i do have, i don’t think either of my parents have ever done anything out of the ordinary.”

“have you ever thought about picking up a hobby?” bolin sighed, dramatically sitting on to the bench next to the closest unfortunate victim. “i feel like i need hobbies. all i do are weird odd jobs for money and most of them really aren’t that fun -- although this one time i had to catch a bunch of frogs so that was kinda cool. but other than that? bolin, me, does absolutely nothing. you know what that feels like?”

“oh,” vex’ahlia woke up in a haze, seeing someone kneeling beside her, wrapping what looked like a nasty gash on her arm. she saw another on her chest. not yet wrapped, but it looked like the other had enough bandages for such a thing. getting her bearings, she sat up, somewhat pained, and gave a smile as best she could, finally recognizing her savior. “thank you, clint. i appreciate it, really, but i can take care of this.” she didn’t wait for the other to answer before she put her hands over her chest and cast cure wounds. the magic emitted from her hands and went to the wound, almost completely healing it over. she looked to the other, “are you hurt at all? i just gave most of it to myself, so i can’t do much, but i can help a little if you need healing.”
clint looked at her with utter concern on his face, a stack of bandages held out between them as he looked at her other injuries. “how did this even happen?” clint shook his head -- the movement stooping once the wound began to seemingly heal itself. “oh, yeah of course...just heal yourself. does that hurt? and is it just superficial?” he had more questions than answers at this point but he paused his inner questioning to give himself a once over. “uh, i think i’ll live. always better to just let it do its thing, reminds me not to be an idiot the next time i do something. i’ll take some of those bandages back, though, if you don’t need them.”

she’d gotten used to life here in dc, life without being a part of the avengers - it wasn’t as entertaining as life had been before, but she was managing. she probably worked here more than she did back home, which was saying something - so she decided to take a day off, she’d been practically dead on her feet for the past few days and had spent the morning lazing around her apartment before she decided to go for a walk. “clint?” she blinked a few times as she looked at him. “well, who else am I gonna be? captain america?”
“captain america would be a lot less surprising.” he scoffed, eyes still widened in disbelief. “how is this possible? have i really finally lost it?” a hand ran through his hair as he dared to step closer, though his guard remained up -- he couldn’t chance anything anymore. “and how are you so nonchalant about this?”

He smiles and sits down beside the person. “I’m Soo oh, nice to meet you.” He smiles at them as he makes himself comfortable. “Oh I always lose mine so I keep them around.”
He laughs. “I wish I had invented portable chargers. I’m not old enough for it. I’m only twenty.” He was rich though, and could afford many chargers. “So what are you up to? Studying?”
"it’s lovely to meet you, soo oh, i’m caitlyn.” she smiled comfortably at him and leaned further into the bench, discarding their now-charging phone in their bag. “i decided to take a different bag today, rookie mistake, so i forgot all the important things i actually need.” they rolled their eyes at themselves.
“see, my parents would say that you’re already twenty. i wish i had invented them, i might be able to get them off of my back then.” she scoffed, crossing one leg over the other absentmindedly. “trying to think of my next piece of writing, i’m a journalist! what about you?”

“Wow why my sister chose you over me I will never understand you’re dumber than a rock.” Jinx rolled her eyes. What was Caitlyn’s play? Lure Jinx into a false sense of security so that Caitlyn could then arrest her? Jinx wouldn’t let her. She was not going to fall for any of these tricks. “I know who is standing in front of me Caitlyn Kiramman. You are a snitch. You’re a goodie two shoes. Rule following zombie.”
“is this some kind of joke?” they paused, leaning in toward her for a moment. “are you being paid to freak me out? because i’m honestly just trying to find a reason why this is happening.” caitlyn wasn’t entirely sure why it felt so personal if it were just a joke -- but she’d think about that later when this was all cleared up. “i mean, i’m actually quite rebellious when it comes to the rules, ask my parents. a snitch, i wouldn’t necessarily disagree with because i suppose you could call journalism that. oh ! are you another journalist? did i write a piece about your company or something?”

She nodded. “Yeah, I’ve been told.” She laughed lightly. “Alright. I don’t know how good I’ll be at that but sure.” She took the seat. “Also, sorry about before. You just looked familiar to me. Like someone I knew before.” Maybe it was better that they didn’t know. She could get Jinx to calm down a bit about Caitlyn being here. It’d buy her some time at least.
“all you have to do is tell me whether or not i sound absolutely ridiculous or not -- maybe in a slightly nicer way, though, my ego can only take so much.” caitlyn joked in an attempt to ease the tension between them, their left eyebrow tweaking at her last words. “someone you knew, huh? is that a good thing or a bad thing? i hope this person wasn’t a complete weirdo or something?”

“right.” he stated simply, eyes not quite meeting hers as he nodded. it still felt raw somehow, he wasn’t sure if raven somehow being here made it better or worse. he also knew the he could have done better, when he really looked at his feelings he knew that she needed help that he didn’t give. “...do you have any injuries? do we need to take you to charles?”

Charles listened to Erik, his tea mug in hand and leaned against the counter. His brows furrowed while he listened to his friend. “Some might say you’re dangerous.” Charles pointed out and took a sip of his tea. “I trust you but I trust her as well. She saved my life Erik just like you have. I have a responsibility to her if she going down a dangerous path to help her find the better way.” He was always the one to put all others before himself. To fight for them even if he should just let them make their mistakes. “I have seen the potential of her power, old friend. I have seen into her mind when she was younger. When she had night terrors I’d sit by her bed and share some of her pain to ease her pain. I also know that I have great potential to be dangerous. Apocalypse has opened my abilities to a point I haven’t even tested everything. But I have the support of those close to me. Just like you. We prevent each other from going too far one way. I owe her to try. Do you trust me?” He sighed. It was likely that Erik would disagree with him. And he didn’t mind that they disagreed. It kept them thinking, kept them on their toes. “A vampire? Well aren’t we in an interesting place. Glad you have met David. He’s a good kid. Still getting used to my son being around the same age but we move… Ororo, Raven… other than that not really.”
“i know what part you played with jean -- what part we both played.” at times like this he was almost jealous that charles didn’t have to remember any of it, erik wondered what kind of person he would be if he didn’t have to remember any of it. “of course i trust you, you’re most likely the only one i do trust. that’s the issue, it’s them i don’t trust. not after everything i’ve seen, it isn’t worth the risk.” erik paused for thought, cup then discarded to the side of him before he turned back to charles. “but maybe this is how we prevent it from happening again, this is a memory i’d rather not have you share with me.” he wasn’t entirely hopeful that they could somehow prevent it, but the more optimistic side of him wanted it to be possible. “how are you feeling about it all? about david?”

Remembering everything was hard. It was a heavy burden to bare and a lot to take in. At least he knew now why he didn’t sleep well or why some days he just felt weak. But remembering what he had been a part of, despite who he ended up being was upsetting. “Sorry in my own world. Everything alright?” He looked up at the other’s voice sounded.
erik looked down at the man and frowned in sympathy. “this feels like it’s probably a bit more important.” he admitted, a short shrug following, and moved to sit next to cullen. “do you want to talk about it? maybe not the best person to turn to but i’ll try my best. has something happened?”

“what a worthless talent.” mun yeong mutters, although a little too loud to be thought of as something that she wanted to keep to herself. she doesn’t budge as she watches him fumble and although she supposes that she gets what she deserves, threatening to push him and all, she isn’t too thrilled by the question. “so you’ll blame me either way, if i do something or nothing at all?” she backs up as he moves towards her. “then fall.”
he ponders her question for a moment before waving a hand between them as he attempted to steady himself. “how did you get good at this? is it because i’m too graceful it counteracts against the ice?” bolin’s knees were together and his back was hunched as he looked up at her. “is this entertaining for you?”
