my hours are being slashed at my main job and there’s a scheduling halt at my second job that should pick up again in August (and become more lucrative when it does). I have received some very good potential news on the housing front and am waiting to hear back about an interview for a city job that will pay much better and come with benefits, but in the meantime I’m struggling really badly. anything you can send will help 💜 You can also DM for Zelle if that’s easier!

autistic men love making it everyone's else problem and ur supposed to be fine w that cause they're disabled or w/e

it’s sooo interesting how 95% of autistic women are much much higher functioning than the average autistic man bc female socialization forces us to adapt or die (begrudging w for female socialization here, i would kill myself if i knew i was as insufferable as guys like this) but autistic men are allowed to just be out there comitting mass murder on the vibes of everywhere they go. i hate it!

like the disability bloggers will hate this but i think it’s good for “neurodivergent” people to learn to adapt to be able to be a functioning part of society and we know that’s possible for a good chunk of the community bc most women are capable of it to varying degrees! but men are never expected to adapt bc men can get away with a lot more and then when u make any comment about how fucking annoying and evil they are people call you ableist.

Okay, I have one bonus job I’m waiting to start training for that will already financially make up for the hours slashed at my main job, plus an interview for a third that will fit in around both of those on Friday morning (and last night I learned the dream job I applied to a couple of months ago hasn’t even had a chance to start going through resumes yet, so that’s still a possibility for the future).

My landlords dropped it on me that I need to pay an extra month’s rent as a U&O fee on Friday (4/10/26); I’ve figured out how to lock down the majority of the money, but I’m running about $700 short. I’m in the home stretch for the big problem here, but if there’s any way anybody can help, this should be the last time this comes up, because I think I’m at least finally getting back into the livable wage zone 💜
