Have you seen that Rayman Legends Retold trailer ? We are so back ?!

Sure, like everyone, I was kinda worried with the "Legends Remake" because, what was the point ? The only thing they could do to makes it work was to redo everything with an actual story and new art direction.

... And for once, they actually really did that ?

Now, sure, it's too soon to tell, but ! It's giving me hopes.

(This was supposed to be a Barbara fan art only since we didn't know what it'll be, but with that trailer out, Rayman and Globox truly deserved to be there.)

underrated thing actually: Val and Velvette low-key losing their minds post-s2 as they're forced to contend with how much they actually did rely on Vox being stable enough to regulate their behavior and protect them from the consequences of their actions, and the 180 role reversal really wasn't something either of them was prepared for. Not only do they have to protect Vox from himself, which is hard enough, they also have to start taking responsibility for THEMSELVES in ways they barely even realized they were exempt from

I hope we get to see this, and see them struggle with absorbing all of Vox's roles he had within the company as well. I hope we get to see the Vees falling apart at the seams, because the glue that held them together unravelled and they're trying to prove to themselves they didn't actually need that glue. I hope they realize how much they needed Vox, and Vox realizing and accepting how much he enjoyed his partners and depended on them. I want fall out era of the Vees from the aftermath of Alastor's manipulation of Vox, and his explosive mania.

Valentino in season 1 was wrecking Velvette's stuff and killing her people. she called Vox in to handle Val!#because she can comfort him sometimes sure. but like... as she proved in season 2‚#her form of comfort tends to be pulling him out of morose‚ depressed feelings by encouraging anger instead.#<- exactttllyyy!#Velvette is really good at weaponizing anger and using it as a spear to advocate for herself/loved ones#But Vox is so very good at talking people in submission. At redirecting anger into or whatever he wants.#Velvette flames Vals anger but Vox knows how to sooth it and Val actually shows signs of depending on Vox being his mood stablizer in S1#“Fucking FINALLY!” Is the first words we hear from him when Vox walks in. Val was waiting on Vox to show up bc he can't regulate himself#so what is going to happen with Vox being out of commission?
