As someone who greatly appreciates Japanese animation and entertainment….I am so glad I stopped watching anime shows a long time ago. I mostly watch movies now, but the themes and representation in mainstream shows is so shocking. Anime has become so disgustingly perverse and pedophilic (more than it ever was). I just don’t remember the shows I watched being this bad. Sure, sometimes perversion was depicted as a joke, which is fine….but now it’s just so normalized. It genuinely worries me that kids are watching these shows with characters who look like toddlers and being told they’re actually adults and like being attracted to “women” who look exactly like prepubescent girls. It’s no wonder to me that men flock to this shit cause anime girls like being molested, raped, coerced and objectified and they end up having such a warped sense of what real women are like. Half the time these dudes are self declared incels and because they have no sexual experience they identify as these anime girls because they think if they look like them that it will increase their chance of sex somehow?

It’s also no surprised to me that these same “trans girls” (ones that transition because they were influenced by anime) think being sexually harassed and cat called is validating. It’s these same “trans girls” that call actual lesbians bigots because women still aren’t attracted to them and their fetish. It’s mind blowing to me how it’s gotten this far.

Men and women are diverse and unique creatures, all of us are different. Attacking the entire demographic of men for the actions of a few is bad for everyone, including women. There are places where men do hate women, and abuse them for any reason under the sun. Focus on those men, the actual monsters who treat women like slaves simply for being women.
