Yes, we were; however, pressuring someone into intimate acts is still assault, as that is not consent, even if it's over the phone/on call. Legally classify forcing someone to perform sexual acts via a webcam or digital livestream as rape or remote sexual assault, even when no physical contact occurs, and yes, this still counts as no camera. the countrys were this is considered rape are France, Belgium, United Kingdom. in canada its not considered rape, but it is still sa. In the USA and india its considered digital rape legally dw its not being insensitive as a lot of people sadly dont know this, and I had to be told by friends what he did was rape. No one should be scared to say no, and i often was and would just say yes for it to be done with, cuz he would constantly be asking every single day.
