That’s why, hours later as the taller found himself sitting at a lone table as the shop reached its closing owers, a deep scowl tainted his lips as he conversed with the older male. His foot tapped against the ground, even through stiff silence had it been that the younger fae was obviously offended.
“–And how was I supposed to know the difference?” became the model’s argument as his vision fixated upon polished flooring, neatly styled eyebrows found themselves furrowed in frustration. “You’re lucky I even took the time of my schedule to help, hyung. I spent all that effort to increase your sales and this is how you’re going to repay me…?” His arms crossing against his chest, Minhyeok then mumbled, “Perhaps I shouldn’t have even bothered in the first place, seeing as though you can’t even give me the slightest bit of appreciation.”
It’s usually sweet when the younger fae around him go out of their way to aid Sunggyu in his shop. Usually; though, when Minhyeok tries his hand at helping anyone, it usually backfires. It wasn’t the other fae’s fault, the way his powers work just seemed to make things more difficult then they had to be. Sunggyu set his hand under his chin as his fingers tapped along the table top; leg crossed over the other.
“Luckily, no one was hurt this time around. Emotionally or otherwise.” he mused, the controlling of a Human’s hunger and thirst didn’t usually lean towards actual eating and drinking. The thirst dear little Minhyeok brought to them held many different intents. Some malice, others... er - sexual. Either way, it did bring people to the shop, just not looking for anything Sunggyu was selling.
“You would do better as a sign spinner.” he mused, raising a brow, “Or offering free samples, your pretty face would surely bring in a few curious beings.”
Teasing aside. Though the other didn’t bring in the clientele Sunggyu had hoped for, he did make and effort and that much is good enough for Sunggyu.
“Are you hungry? I still have pastries left over.”
