ilya rozanov in many ways is a side character from a little life but nobody on the ottawa centaurs can perceive this due to genre blindness (they’re doing a hockey version of new girl). and shane can’t perceive it either because his ass is doing love, simon the tv show spinoff (scott hunter is in love, simon the original)

HEARTWARMING: brother who will probably murder you in cold blood very soon is proud of you for being gay
you know. i must say that this is true for me as well
Sci-fi short stories are so efficient; they take 15 minutes to read and then you think about them for the next 5 years
Hey guys, what if *puts the most horrifying mindblowing concept into your head with about 15 pages*
james flint's most endearing trait is that he understands women to be inherently three-dimensional, complex and deserving of respect (especially for the positions of authority they occupy). in contrast, he is barely convinced that most men have brains.
feeling very fragile today due to a combo of high-stress work stuff + a few nights of sub-par sleep + probably needing to drop a lot of money on a big unexpected purchase in the next few weeks + major health issues in the family… but genuinely feeling bolstered up by that rilke quote which i haven’t thought about in a long time but hold very dear to my heart + a coworker being very lovely and kind to me instead of upset with me like i expected during a meeting i’ve been dreading for days + the lovely sunny morning outside + a comment in my ao3 inbox calling me “the rembrandt of heavy petting” which i want to frame and hang up in my house somewhere

i want to beg you, as much as i can, to be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. and the point is to live everything. live the questions now. perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it live along some distant day into the answer.

ok sorry to double reblog BUT I just looked him up and he does these fantastic videos where he breaks down HOW he actually mimics the other artists’ styles. Like for ed Sheeran, he explains how he brings his voice forward in the mouth, while Adam Levine sings in the back of the mouth, stuff like that. It’s SO COOL, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone actually break down how to do this sort of thing, as a skill, instead of just treating it like a neat trick they just happen to be good at. https://www.tiktok.com/@justinjmooremusic
Check him out he’s so cool
talking about something i hate to someone who agrees with me: this is awful. not even fit for dogs.
talking about something i hate to someone who enjoys it: I'm sure it's good to people who like it
