never mind
I should make another comic about blocking people for being even mildly annoying and how good that is for your mental health.
Yeah. That’s the way to go through life… segregating yourself from anyone, any idea that you react towards emotionally.
“Practice intolerance of others, every day, to prove how bad they are.”
Congratulations on being mildly annoying and also blocked.
I’m blocking everyone I can identify who is harassing this person because congratulations to all of them for also missing the point of this post.
Block me too then, I see his point more than yours
I have no idea who any of you are. But I agree with OP. You dont eat shit so why associate with assholes?
I understand both sides of this, therefore I can’t be blocked :sunglasses:
There is a difference between hate and constructive criticism. If someone is commenting on your art, for example, like “I’m not a fan of this”, they’re not saying your art is bad. Sure, they could’ve refrained from saying it at all, but it’s not hating. They could also say “What if the shading was like this” (I’m not an artist don’t blame me on my representation :sob: ), which is constructive criticism, and then again not hate.
However, if they said “Your art is bad”/“I don’t like you because of the art you make”/something similar, *that* is hate, and should be, at the very least, be taken with a grain of salt. If it’s wild, then a block is reasonable
“…they could’ve refrained from saying it at all, but it’s not hating.”
The original wording was “mildly annoying.”
Unsolicited critique amongst artists is generally regarded with the response “Thanks for the feedback but I didn’t ask.”
Have a nice day.
