regulus' last words were probably an order for kreacher or something of the sorts, right before the inferi dragged him under. but the last thing he tried to say, something he mouthed out but could not audibly speak, was sirius' name, becuz as he was dragged underwater, through the pain and tiredness and ache and terror, he couldve sworn he'd seen his brother's face in one of the inferi above him, he'd even tried to reach for it, thinking maybe he was about to be pulled up
