Bitches!!! Several co-workers and I all just left a very unhealthy job (at least 5 of us all left lol). I sent your article ‘The Resignation Checklist’ around to everyone before we did. This is a message my co-worker sent me- she went over the checklist and realized she had PTO that wouldn’t have paid out and used it before she left!!! I used the checklist myself and before I left: quit at the beginning of the month to get an extra month of insurance, am going for a physical and dental cleaning, went and got an eye exam and new glasses through my vision insurance, made sure my 401k was vested, and redeemed some company rewards points for a gift card! I especially would never have thought about new glasses without your list and am so excited for them. Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and that your article was a hit with my work friends- thank you!!! <3

Not necessarily a transformative Melanin Beam because she doesn't have a canon race/appearance outside of how her clothes are described, but this was my design for Aranessa Royce (from critical role's campaign 4) !!! Hit her with the Melanin Beam nonetheless!

If a story doesn't clarify what a character looks like, as far as I'm concerned I can imagine what I want and it's canon. So, she looks right to me! Excellent piece!

The pectoral is considered one of the greatest masterpieces of Scythian goldsmithing and one of the most important archaeological discoveries in Ukraine. Its artistic sophistication demonstrates the close interaction between Scythian and Greek craftsmanship in the Northern Black Sea region during the 4th century BCE.

Place of origin: Northern Black Sea region

Findspot: Tovsta Mohyla kurgan (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine), discovered by Borys Mozolevskyi (1971)

Materials: Gold

Techniques: Enameling, casting, repoussé, stamping, forging, wire drawing, inlay, soldering

Decoration: The ornament is crescent-shaped and divided by four twisted torques into three horizontal registers, each filled with sculptural scenes. The pectoral consists of more than 160 individual elements

Dimensions: Diameter is 306 mm
