the exciting thing about tomb quest is that it's really gonna bring in a whole different audience to starkid. like ik some people who are gonna hear "dnd musical" and flock right to it. which is exciting. i love it when new ppl become starkid fans

I love how hatchetfield will 1 second be like 'oh no! there's a monster in the woods and if you have sex the monster will sense it and chop you up with an ax!' and then the next it'll be like 'yeah, I killed my abusive ex cause he was a monster so if a good man like you who just made a mistake is unworthy of redemption then what hope do I have? the answer is that we're both better than we think and we both deserve love and joy despite what we think about ourselves'

And one day he gets done with football practice early and he promised to give Ruth a ride home so he sneaks into the theater and sits in the back because he's still got a reputation to uphold or something

And he sees Ruth sing Just for Once, because she thinks she's alone and Max has never heard her sing and he's fucking stunned

She gets to the end of the song and for a moment it's quiet, and then Ruth is startled by someone clapping, and she sees that it's Max, giving her a standing ovation

The ending of Nerdy Prudes Must Die is funny to me bc The Best of You sounds like the ending song in a wacky coming of age Disney channel movie but then it’s followed by Dirty Dudes Must Die which is just two minutes of Grace having a psychotic break
