Are any of these mech pilots aware of Estrogen? I imagine Hana being like "it's noble for one to reach towards their ideal form!" and K28 just assuming that it's ideal form is a killing machine and estrogen has something to do with accuracy.

Hana and K28 are actually both trans, but K28 has had the...messier transition by far. The perk of being a military hound is that with all the chemicals and surgery needed to be a proper mech pilot you end up with a decently effeminate body. The downside is all the other stuff.
