Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced.
Instructions: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, steam asparagus until tender, about 3-4 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the dill sauce. Serve salmon fillets alongside steamed asparagus, drizzle with dill sauce, and garnish with additional dill if desired.
