When I was learning how to cook for myself in my tweens, I had at least a five years of fire safety seminars from school drilling this into my head, and I STILL had that instinctive put-the-fire-out-with-water reflex. Didn’t even think. I saw our oily burner catch fire after frying eggs, whipped around towards the sink for water, and my brain immediately screamed NO!!! NO WATER! I mean that fire safety stuff straight up bitchslapped me out of REFLEXIVELY setting my house on fire. I found a pot lid and inched it over the burner before turning off the heat. Even if you think you know this stuff, panic is powerful shit. Make knowledge more powerful.

Not sure how common this knowledge is, but I’d like to add that if you enclose a piece of text in quotation marks, Google will search for only the exact wording of it. So if you’re lucky enough to remember an exact quote, that’s also a powerful tool. I can’t count the number of obscure tumblr posts I’ve tracked down from screenshots with just those two techniques; I’m sure it’ll work for fic too.

nope! it’s not! the difference is when you Orphan a work, it’s no longer connected to your account and you can’t get alerts/comments.

“can I de-anon my work?”

yes you can! you can de-anon your work any time you want. all you have to do is remove your work from the anonymous collection!

if you are shy about posting, or scared of having a work connected back to your account, or even participating in an anon fest, this is PERFECT!

I don't know if someone has already thought about it before, but I'm pretty SURE that right before Aziraphale went in the elevator to heaven, he sent Crowley an SOS signal.

How you may ask? Crowley knows his Angel!! He knows why Aziraphale's calling by tone (he may not know the exact reason, but he still goes to him even if it's because Azi's bored 🥹🥹🥹), So why wouldn't Crowley be able to tell by how Aziraphale looks from across the street?

Firstly, he's talking with Metatron as they're walking out of the bookshop, Aziraphale had a smile on his face - and then suddenly -something's wrong. His smile falls and his eyes are alarmed.

And sure, when Aziraphale glances at Crowley, it could mean anything. Maybe it's a look of guilt. Maybe it's just a last look before they separate forever (or who-knows-however-long).

Crowley may not see it now in his heartbreak, but probably after a good, drunken cry, he's going to remember that moment and kick into protective husband mode!!!
