Its long time since my last post. So, I just read The Karamazov Brothers by Fyodor Dostoevsky, Wordsworth Classic, its cheap. Hehe. I think it not enought to write review here. So I just write a little. Honestly, I'm muslim, but I am not a religious man. In fact, sometimes I even often asking about there is God is exist or not, life afterlife and etc. And, in this novel, discussing a lot about religion. Though not Islam, but the bottom line is the same. I felt myself as Ivan Karamazov and Kolya--a child who don't have a faith. and yet at the end of the story I was like finding an enlightenment from this book, the dialogue between Alyosha and Kolya: 'Karamazov,' cried Kolya, 'can it be true what's taught us in religion, that we shall all rise again from the dead and shall live and see each other again, all, Ilusha too?' 'Certainly we shall all rise again, certainly we shall see each other and shall tell each other with joy and glaness all that has happened!' Alyosha answered, half laughing, half enthusiastic. 'ah, how splendid it will be!' broke from Kolya. You know what I mean, I shouldn't have doubt anymore. And not only that, this book is also dramatic romantic, I thought. Like Alyosha love to Lise, how romantic that. But I can't tell all. And also there is lot of quotes. That I can't quoting all: -but being in love don't mean loving. -page 110 -beauty is terrible and awful thing! it is terrible because it has not been fathomed and never can be fathomed, for God set us nothing but riddles...-page 114 -fait does not, in the tealist, spring from the miracle but the miracle from faith.-page 24 -'why reckon the day? one day is enought for a man to know all happiness... -page 317 I think enought, its too long.
