Small home workout today: 50 squats + 13 pushups.
Simple breakfast: rolled oats + milk + 🍌 + cinnamon.

Winter prep: 74 jars of homemade tomato sauce 🍅🍅🍅 (tomatoes + salt) 😋❤️
Lasagna for friend's birthday party 🎉
Making high protein (40g) post -workout breakfast: egg whites + feta cheese + sweet peppers + celery leaves 😋
Fridge essentials :)
Quick but nutrition breakfast "what's in the fridge": an egg, few egg whites, chicken breasts (pre-cocked), tomatoes and zucchini.
Slowly changing my body composition 🍏 💪 ⌛️
Office meal prep: lunch (homemade pasta with chicken + salad) and protein shake.
Fresh summer lunch/dinner: lettuce, tomatoes, raw carrots, chicken breast, potatoes, basil, sesame seeds, olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
