I'm always thinking about Andor and I'm always thinking about MUNA so naturally I was thinking about what MUNA songs best represent Bix/Cassian/Jyn and here's what I came up with:

Jyn is singing "Taken" to Cassian because she's like why am I falling in love with a married man? Also daddy issues.

Meanwhile Cassian is singing "Shooting Star" to Jyn because falling in love with someone this fast surely won't end well, there's no way she likes him back. And also her nickname is Stardust.

Bix is singing "Buzzkiller" to Cassian because of the PTSD and the depression and the leaving so he can move on. (She was a "Handle Me" girlie at the safe house, but things have changed since then).

But Cassian is singing "Home By Now" to Bix because he is most definitely not over her and he's thinking about all the what ifs.

And then Bix is singing "Mary Jane" to Jyn becuase she can already tell that Jyn is in love with Cassian and she's realizing she's jealous of both of them.

But little does she know that the moment Jyn met Bix, Jyn started singing "No Idea" and "Solid" to her because who is this incredible woman? I need to fuck her immediately.

And they're all singing "I Know A Place" and "Big Stick" together because revolution.

Fun little math trick I find really helpful: the ratio of a mile to a kilometer is within 1% of the Golden Ratio. That means that if you have a good memory for Fibonacci numbers (1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89) you can convert pretty accurately by taking consecutive Fibonacci numbers.

For example, 89 kilometers is really close to 55 miles (55.3). Or, say you need to convert 26 miles to kilometers: 26 can be written as 21 plus 5, so taking the next Fibonacci number up gives 34 and 8, meaning it should be around 42 kilometers. Sure enough, it's 41.8 km!

No but you don't understand. Have you considered Nemik spending his life writing his manifesto and working for the rebellion and planning for the future of the rebellion and building up a strong set of personal beliefs and morals and training for the Aldhani mission and then all of a sudden this random guy named Clem shows up and gets forced into the plan and he doesn't seem to believe in anything? And Nemik can't comprehend this because he believes so strongly in the rebellion, how could someone be so indifferent to the oppressors destroying their life at every turn? And how could Nemik be falling for a mercenary who doesn't believe in anything? How could he be attracted to someone like that? It just doesn't make sense to him. So with his last breath he gives Clem his manifesto, his life's work. Because this is who he wrote it for right? The people one step away from rebellion with every intention to avoid it at all costs. And maybe Nemik is crazy for trusting Clem, maybe his judgement is clouded by infatuation, but something deep down makes Nemik trust Clem, so he entrusts this complete stranger with his legacy.

And have you considered Cassian listening to Nemik's manifesto audiobook and having a character arc/change in ideology and growing to understand and respect this man he met for such a short time and then he's thinking more and more about the manifesto and he's thinking more and more about Nemik and then one day he's listening to the manifesto audiobook as he's flying a ship somewhere and all of a sudden he's like damn I love Nemik. I love Nemik and he's already dead. I love Nemik and he literally saved me from myself and I can never tell him any of that because he's fucking dead. Have you considered that???

And have you considered that Nemik never even knew Cassian's real name? And have you considered that they were in love but they didn't have time enough to notice? And have you considered that Nemik changes the course of Cassian's life, but Nemik never gets to know that? He just has to trust that it's possible and pray that his plan works?
