Found a lowboy chest of drawers deep enough to stand my dvds on their sides made of sturdy wood for a whopping $150NZ. It's been the last on my list of furniture I want to acquire. I would like to flog off the old TV stand and put this in its place, but there would not be room enough for the blu-ray player. Once the tv is wall mounted, it would be fine, but not as it stands.
