how I use one note for bullet journaling
QUICK ANSWERS:
Where do you get pictures from? I search for aesthetic pics on Pinterest and sometimes Tumblr.
Where did you get these fonts from? 1001freefonts.com or really anywhere within the first few results when you google “free font download”
what program is this? Microsoft OneNote!
I’ve noticed a super popular program in the studyblr community on here is OneNote. I use a MacBook and it’s free to download on the App Store. I’m really bad at keeping paper journals and hate waste so I thought this would be a good program to try. I still use Evernote for all my schoolwork and I’ll probably stick with it just because I don’t like to get any single program too loaded down with files and notes.
So here’s my first bullet journal using OneNote:
Most of the main components have stayed the same. I keep a to-do list for the week, homework planner, a misc. quote about how being in your twenties is rough, and a habit tracker. As someone with a mood disorder it works really well as a self-maintenance guide and also as an indicator when my mood dips and I stop doing things like brushing my teeth and showering. I try to choose a theme and pair fonts so that it looks nice and is fun to look at and make each week.
second journal:
Every week I try to change the layout so I don’t get tired of using it. I can also tell that my mood went down this week just from looking at the habit tracker. I think they look better each week too.
Third/current journal:
This is probably my favorite so far. I added a general reminders box to take the place of the weekly to-do list since some items were carrying over into the next week. I added a To Do Today box where I keep more urgent items, like doing laundry or picking up prescriptions.
