Hey there! My name is Mochi, and I'm a 33 year old agender (they/them/he/him please!) nerd who has an undying passion for the DrakeNieR franchise and Sleep Token. Also bunnies, lol. I am a firm believer that life is too short to hold yourself back from enjoying yourself. Live your life and enjoy the little things without shame. Cringe is dead. As long as you're not hurting anybody, indulge yourself. And don't forget: Empathy is power.

As I mentioned, I'm trans agender, and I'd also prefer to be androgynous one day. I wanna be one of those people who you look at and go "what are you"/"what's in your pants" and just make you confused af. I'm also androromantic (masculine-leaning romantically) and demisexual. So, obviously, huge LGBTQAI+ supportive.

I'm also a huge ally of the black and indigenous communities. Also, fuck facism. Basically, human rights, I stand with minorities, etc. Yes, I stand with trans black men, trans black women, justice for the kidnapping/disappearances/murders of indigenous women, the calling out staff for the blatant banning on tumblr of trans blogs, etc. You name it, I support justice/reparations for the injustices against minorities.

I am an extremely loving, empathetic person. I...cannot describe the amount of love I have for people. There are no words in the english language or any other language that you could string together in any form of prose or poem to describe the amount of love I have for people or the world. I have a strained relationship with creativity. I lost my creative spark and joy for creating things over fifteen years ago, and I've struggled to get it back ever since. However, very recently I've actually rediscovered my joy for writing again! I haven't tried drawing again yet, but hopefully I'll rediscover my joy for art again soon, too~ But for now, I am once again writing stories!

Currently I'm writing fanfiction for YuYu Hakusho and Naruto, as well as writing for my own original project/paracosm called Empathy where almost all of my original characters originate from. I'm posting some of this stuff on AO3 as I finish it, but so much of it is still WIPs because the ADHD is kicking my ass and causing me to flop back and forth from one fic to the next like a fish scrambling across a deck, lmao. I'll get there!!!

you really can reach a point with transgender enlightenment wherein you can attribute any bodily feature silhouette and detail to any gender regardless of typical cisgender aesthetic connotations. anything can be a man's body if the person in it is a man. anything can be a woman's body if the person in it is a woman. anything can be a genderless body if the person in it is genderless. and so on. the only thing that matters is the personhood within and whether you are willing to look and know and see it. open your eyes. keep trying until you no longer flinch or turn away in shame or anger or confusion.

The amount of slavery in Ancient Rome was legitimately terrifying tbh

Y’all know that I’m into ancient Roman history and I do a lot of research on it but even though I should be used to it by now sometimes I read an anecdote about how an individual slave was treated and I’m hit with the realization that like a third of the population was living like that and I just need to put my head in my hands for a second

Emperor Hadrian randomly stabbed a slave in the eye in a fit of rage and he was supposedly unusually sympathetic to slaves.

There’s other instances of people randomly punching slaves that they didn’t even know because they got in their way or something. This was just normal behavior.

And slaves didn’t rebel en masse because if even one slave committed an act of violent rebellion it was common practice to kill every slave and former slave in the household.

People only took notice for posterity when these mass executions got into the hundreds of people. One of the few recorded for the history books is of over 400 people being killed because one guy stabbed his enslaver.

Like how many people throughout history were beaten to death because some rich asshole was angry and there was no legal or social consequences for doing so? We don’t know.

hey people with uterusussys if you are bleeding a fuck ton with large blood clots you need to go fucking get checked for cancer. This is a massively overlooked sign for endometrial cancer. If you've ever bled so much you need a transfusion go get a biopsy. If you've told yourself you'll just bear the super heavy three month long "periods" go get a biopsy. Stage 1 endometrial cancer basically quadruples the number of potential treatments you can do. Source: it was cancer.

idk I can tell that some tumblrinas are not up on fat politics because I see a lot of people saying stuff like “it’s better to be a little fat than waste your life trying to be thin” or like “it’s chic to have a little belly” like okay but there are fat people who are “a lot fat” and have “a lot of belly” which everyone is weirdly silent on all the time. The logic of these devices being "allowed" on the sidewalk, whether they've found a technical legal loophole for it or not, is complete nonsense.

Motorized vehicles aren't allowed on the sidewalk. The sidewalk is for pedestrians. Power chair users are considered pedestrians by specific exemption (and for good reason - that is a single human, using the most minimally disruptive means of locomotion available to them.)

This thing isn't a pedestrian. It's a miniaturized delivery van. They should be banned from the sidewalk. They might already be in most places under existing laws, and nobody is enforcing it.
