Wowza it’s been a wild few weeks. Had a couple... few... emotionally intense days AND THATS OKAY because I handled them as gracefully as I could. Feelings aren’t “bad” but there are heavy ones that are uncomfortable. I’m learning to allow the difficult emotions to be there and move through it so I can heal. There is no healing without feeling. What seems like struggle may actually be you being called to let go. I’m learning everyday to let go of the things I cannot control. Spring feels brighter for me this year. Lighter, more exciting. One word keeps coming to mind: bloom. May self love continue to bloom. May the capacity to love others bloom.
