Oh hey, all you Library-Loving Libby users out there. A piece of advice for you. Go to your search engine of choice and type in â[your local library] reciprocal agreementsâ.
Might pull up nothing, but chances are there are somewhere between two and seven other Library systems in your state that you can get a card at perfectly legitimately simply by applying for one with your current address and proof of having an active card at your local library. You can then log into Libby with these and use them even if you never manage to go to a physical building of that library. (Though you should take advantage of the physical library too if you can) Some of them might have significantly larger or at least different ebook/audiobook collections for you.

Haven't really seen anyone on here talking about it, so:
If you have psychosis, do not use ChatGPT or any other AI model to do reality checking. They're trained to agree with the user, say things to encourage further discussion/input, and in general provide "customer satisfaction." So if you ask if the moon is made of green cheese and seem really intense about it, the AI is gonna tell you it might be a possibility just to keep you happy as a customer.
Hopefully I'm preaching to the choir and everybody is leaving AI alone for mental health issues, but an AI program's willingness to go along with whatever the user is saying and exacerbate a mental health crisis is becoming a serious problem for the mentally ill. Researchers are currently studying it.

Get some food and water if you havenât in a while!

Feed any pets!
If itâs between 10 pm and 7 am and you have no reason to be awake, go to sleep or at least get comfortable and rest for a bit!
Check around you and stack any dishes and bring them to the kitchen! Including plates, cups, bowls, and utensils!
Do a quick look around and pick up any trash and put it in the bin!
Message anyone to check in on them and yourself! Respond to any messages you may have gotten, answer some asks if need be, let your family know that youâre safe, whatever you need to do!
If you need to and are able to, go take a shower! Or clean your face! Get changed at the very least, put your clothes in the dirty hamper, and feel better about it!
