What an amazing experience working with Patron for the launch of their new Roca line of 100% Tahona expressions. I was so very fortunate to have the pleasure of presenting a creation of my own as one of Patron's featured mixologists on behalf of the 60 Hands Alliance. The "Roca Como Flor" is a cocktail utilizing the stunning Roca Patron Silver. From that starting point, I then went on to create a Hibiscus, Black, and Green tea syrup. When combined with fresh grapefruit juice and topped with soda the effect is effervescent, light, yet, rich in flavor and complexity. To finish with notes of cooked agave really reinforce the amazing mixability of the Roca Patron Silver expression. Then again, the 90 Proof might have something to do with it :)
