One of my all-time favorites
I quote this and laugh to myself very, very often.
Kamen Rider Gavv
Im still obsessed with kamen rider gavv btw I need everyone to watch it like it's a show that has parallels to the war on drugs and says that killing buisness owners who are doing evil shit is great, especially if they're your abusive family, also kill the politicians they're funding.
The main character looks like this.
This specific fit was what he was wearing when he killed his sister.
It's also gay as fuck.

currently watching kamen rider kabuto....
and the show's telling me Tendou's jobless?! great job!
First of all his job is following the path of heaven, so jot that down 😂
“Excite” being the opening theme and sounding similar to “Ex-Aid” is on purpose, right?
Pretty sure that's what they were going for. But it got to the point where my partner and I would ask each other if we wanted to watch "ecky-site"
And dat's what punk is really all about
also I don't think parents "these days" are uniquely terrible, I just think neglect is showing up in new ways as technology progresses. today's ipad kid would've been wandering around in a ditch alone all day and night before. parents not wanting to have to deal with children is not a new phenomenon.
Parenting styles are always a direct reaction to how the parents were raised. I think so many Millennials faced casual abuse at the hands of teachers, coaches, and other authority figures that now there is a general distrust of these people in regards to our children. So many of us wanted so badly to be heard and believed that now we are willing to believe children over the adults in charge of them. This, coupled with the virulent anti-intellectualism of the Trump era, has been detrimental to schools and the profession of teaching. But it's not something "new" in the grand scheme of things. It isn't due to some inherent weakness or moral flaw on the part of millennial parents. It's simply part of the cycle we as humans have always been struggling in.
love island should introduce a "scheming eunuch" islander who is like a smart and completely asexual islander exempt from being kicked off or being made to participate in any challenges and they're just there to provide advice and be a sort of sounding board for the other islanders when they need a disinterested party to talk things through with. but the scheming eunuch has secret goals unbeknownst to anyone e.g. a cash prize for talking a certain couple into breaking up etc.
I've never watched Love Island nor do I have any plans to but a scheming eunuch could change all that.
unfortunately i can never hate on a "power of friendship" narrative no matter how corny because the thing is it's literally real
You heard it here first folks Study Brain has ADHD and needs a body double stat
