GAYS. In general.
I rewatched the Samisa podcast episode a few days ago and I can't stop thinking about the chain Misa wears.
Misa never takes it off, not because it has any particular sentimental value, he just likes how it looks. It adds some character to his outfits and some of the guys have complemented it. He's gotten used to it a week after he bought it and he would feel a little naked if he didn't wear it constantly.
He plays with it on the bench, when he's nervous, excited, keyed up. He plays with it absentmindedly when he's bored or waiting for Toff to be ready to drive them to the rink.
Sam is 100% obsessed with it. He fiddles with it at night before they fall asleep, snaking his fingers under the collar of Misa's shirt because Misa is used to wearing it under the fabric and doesn't like when Sam pulls it out.
His eyes catch on it in the showers, in the locker room or at home (at Toff and Cat's, because he basically lives there rent free nowadays). He noticed that Misa has developed a nervous tick, and that he never takes it off.
When Misa rides him, the first thing Sam's eyes catch are his bitten, pink lips, open just a sliver to let out tiny moans and pleasured breaths. The second thing he notices is the chain. The way it sits against Misa's pale, flushed and sweaty skin. The way it bounces with every movement, every thrust.
Sam would lean forward to press kisses against Misa's collarbone, sucking bruises and just accidentally half-eating the silver chain in the process. The metal somehow made it's way under Sam's lips, between his teeth, warm against his tongue as he presses his own moans against Misa's chest.
Sam thinks Misa doesn't notice the slight obsession he's developed, but how could he not notice his boyfriend staring at his neck half of the time they're together? Like he's either a vampire or he's weirdly fixated on the thin silver chain he wears all the time. And why are there so many hickeys on his neck???
So, as a treat, maybe after an exceptional game, after a date night where Sam wooed Misa into oblivion, or for Sam's birthday, Misa will take off his chain mid-sex. He will look up into Sam's wide, confused eyes where he's lying on top of him, and he will fasten the chain around Sam's neck.
The chain hangs between them, resting against Misa's chin from how close their faces are to one another, and Sam forgets how to breathe for a second. He's looking down at his gorgeous boyfriend, blushing as if Sam imagined the whole thing. Did he? Is his desire so large that he started hallucinating, or can Misa just read him this easily?
It's light around his neck, barely noticeable, but the delicate way Misa put it on him contrasts with the heavy pull Sam feels from the love and trust of the seemingly innocent action. His mouth crashes against Misa's, the chain between their lips. Once Sam starts thrusting into him, slow and deep, the chain keeps hitting Misa's chin, his lips, his nose, and Sam is obsessed.
Afterwards, as they lie in Misa's bed, he offers Sam to keep it, wants to gift it to him, but Sam is like nooo I can't just take your chain, it looks so much better on you, baby, keep it. How could he just keep it? After all, he needs an excuse to stare and put his mouth on Misa as much as he does. And Misa just looks hot as hell with his stupid little chain.

ok so since I’m sick i literally fell asleep after making my last post but here’s part two lol And these are the smut version of the schaeflund head cannons if anyone cared to read!
Smut version
1. Okay this could be like really debatable and controversial but for who’s dom and sub, I always viewed it as Matthew being the sub and Victor being dom. So like, don’t kill me but that’s like the default I’ve been doing.(yes ik that Matthew is taller but like short doms are king??)
2. Matthew’s favorite spot to kiss is on Victor’s shoulder, lips, jaw, knuckles and Victor’s favorite spot is basically everywhere but his top three are Matthew’s neck/collarbone, temple, and near his eyelids.
3. I haven’t really thought about like their kinks that much(idk I’m just doing random stuff when I write about them in smut) but so far I just have Matthew with a praise/overstimulation kink and I don’t really have much for Victor yet other than the fact that he really likes seeing Matthew on his knees & he has a sweat kink.(like he really likes seeing sweat on Matthew but like who doesn’t.)
4. Victor really likes seeing Matthew with a neck guard(me too bro me too)
5. I feel like in terms of ABO, Matthew would just be like a normal omega or maybe a beta? and Victor would be soft alpha.
6. They do it every so often but they’re mainly just like the cuddly/soft boyfriends I feel like at least.
7. Usually after they do it, Matthew’s neck is covered in love bites and Victor has bruises on his arm from how tight Matthew was holding onto him.
8. One time Victor got really jealous after seeing someone flirt with Matthew like in public and was like REALLY putting themselves on him, that after he practically snarled them off, he took Matthew to the back and like devoured him in that moment.(not literally of course)
9. Their usual method to just get each other off is bj and slow grinding on the couch.

When they’d first discovered each other’s likes and dislikes, Victor had edged Matthew and realized that he really liked the noises he made, but would immediately fumble when Matthew would cry, and he’d stop his teasing like almost immediately, letting Matthew over the edge and then covering him with gentle kisses.
11. Sometimes Victor would eat out Matthew after really stressful games to loosen up his boyfriend’s very tensed body.
12. Ever since their first make out, when things would start to go in that way, Victor would always be very quick to take off Matthew’s shirt(s) since he’d done such their first make out and really liked having the access.
13. When Victor and Matthew would have make outs too, when Victor was kissing down his neck, he’d have a hand in Matthew’s hair that would tug gently to get more access to his throat.
14. Even in sleep, if Matthew tries to get up, Victor will just pin him down underneath him to stop him from doing so, kissing the back of his neck unconsciously.
15. When they’re in the car and are undeniably just flirting with each other(I’d say they’re both smooth talkers), where Victor has his hand on Matthew’s thigh, if Matthew was really just flirting with him/teasing, in order to shut him up, Victor would just trail his hand to the front of Matthew’s pants and watch as the sounds of the car fill with rather than Matthew’s flirts to his noises.
16. Victor really likes seeing Matthew with glassy eyes in the good way, never in the really sad crying way. Like if they were doing it and Matthew looked at him with glassy eyes, his pupils would dilate and he just felt like someone else when he’d continue.
17. They’ve done it in the locker room.(no doubt for that)
18. Their first time was in Victor’s car after they’d just won a game against the rangers and Matthew got hit/targeted in which when in the car when they were supposed to just go out with the team, they’d gotten distracted as they started to “jokingly” flirt with each other before it escalated to Victor telling Matthew to get in the back as he’s really lucky that he has tinted windows for once and they went at it rough before they’d done a second round with more gentleness but by the end, they’d both be exhausted and fallen asleep. So by the time they had eventually gotten back to their apartment, teammates asked them where they were and they just said they were “busy”.
19. One time, Matthew was eating pineapple just for the joy of it because he was hungry one night and well Victor ate him out afterwards bc if ykyk, and so then now Matthew just eats pineapple occasionally and so does Victor.
20. During the winter time when it’s cold and warmth is needed, victor would occasionally wear a scarf to stay warm but when he and Matthew would go inside, he’d take off his scarf and lace them around Matthew’s wrists just tight enough to stay hold though not hurt as they’d lay on the couch or in their bed as he’d just go to town on Matthew, sitting between his legs.
+Bonus: other than grinding on the couch, they would dry hump each other. Specifically like Matthew with Victor’s leg or something, till it wasn’t exactly dry anywhere and rather wet.
lmao this sometimes felt so weird to write bc one of my friends would be around while I’m doing this or a family member bc I wrote like half of these at a family gathering😭.
my next post will most likely be about these two but we’ll see! also gonna post an intro blog soon bc I forgot to do that when making this account😭. So tune for that!

can I introduce the agenda of like Gabe having eating problems?? Because I’m writing a fanfic abt like Gabe’s first time being called up to the NHL after being put in the AHL for so long and the whole aespect is about him overworking himself constantly bc he hates himself and wants to prove himself to the rangers. Which causes him to develop eating problems due to how he skips meals to practice more, and bc he finds himself having an ugly body. Like also since he was drafted below top twenty while his bff’s Ryan and will for drafted top ten so like he just thought he wasn’t that good?? and like also if his father was always hard on him as a kid maybe. Obv Matt notices since he’s there and as their friendship progresses into something more, he sees the signs and finds out more about it.

Will's face falls. He shifts on the white chair. "You are in the hospital. You got hit during the match."
Mack tries to sit up straight. "I ask again, why the fuck are you here?"
Will fiddles with that stupid necklace with too many pendants on it. "You, the doctor said you might suffer from memory loss-"
"I’m fine. I remember hating you just fine. Thank you very much." Mack closes his eyes. "Can you leave? You are giving me a headache."
"Mack, what year do we have?"
"Just fuck off," Mack mutters with closed eyes.
"Mack, what year?"
Mack groans as he snaps his eyes open to glare at Will. Since when do they even talk to each other? And why is that annoying fucker from BC in his hospital room? "2023, smartass, and now leave me the fuck alone, Smith. This is not funny."
Will pales. He parts his lips and lowers his eyes, staring at his hands. "It's 2026."

ok so like before I write about my Victor x Matthew fic, here are some head cannons I have in general that sometimes might be mentioned throughout them fics. There’s also going to be like 2 parts bc ima say like my 20 soft head cannons here and then my smut wise ones in the next.
Soft Head cannons:
1. The two are like absolute cuddle people. But Matthew is the more cuddly one like just look at the guy??
2. Victor’s love language is words of affirmation while Matthew’s is physical touch. But they lowkey fit all the love languages.
3. Matthew really likes having his hair played with/washed. Like after a long day, Victor will just help wash his hair or play with it while they watch hockey highlights.
4. Victor is a light sleeper since he had siblings and all while Matthew is more deep sleeper.
5. Victor calls Matthew Swedish endearments and speaks to him in Swedish sometimes.
6. They have each other’s as emergency contacts.
7. When they first started dating, Victor had been forced to get given the ‘dad-son’ talk by Barzal bc I live for the Schaefer-Barzal father son duo.
8. Victor is the better one at cooking.
9. One time when they’d gone out to a diner for a date, a guy was staring at them and basically hate crimes them for being gay. Like calling Matthew the f-slur and Victor got very flamed that he fought the guy, and then they left the diner as Victor had bloodied knuckles.(lowkey giving that one buddie bar scene from 911??)
10. They’re both very protective of each other but Victor is the more protective one.
11. They’re both horrifically bad liars.
12. Since Matthew learned how to braid the Martin’s daughter’s hair as he used to live with them, he’ll sometimes just braid the ends of victor’s hair for fun while watching movies.
13. Victor is always watching/staring at Matthew when he thinks the other isn’t looking and even when Matthew is, he still doesn’t move his gaze away.
14. Literally would do anything for each other.
15. Worry wise, matthew worries about Victor when the Swedish rookie keeps staying up so late that he worries Victor isn’t getting enough sleep.(it’s cuz he’s either watching Matthew or he just can’t sleep). While for Victor, he worries about Matthew when the other rookie plays like 25 minutes per game since he worries that the other is working too hard. (like that one time Matthew deadahh played against Chicago for like 32 minutes.😭)
16. Matthew learned some Swedish phrases since Victor spoke to him a lot in Swedish and he always wanted to know what they meant.(also literally how they get together by..)
17. They’re both tea guys.
18. They’re both girl dads.(like didn’t you see how Matthew treated Matt martin’s daughters??)
19. On the anniversary of Matthew’s mom, it was the first time Victor had experienced anything like this and he didn’t know much of how to comfort Matthew really, and his first thought was to adopt a dog. So when Matthew was in their apartment and was feeling down, Victor just comes home with a fricking puppy bc he didn’t know how else to cheer his boyfriend up and also bc he knows Matthew always wanted a golden retriever.
20. Matthew used to fidget a lot like his knee bounced up and down while his finger tapped against his thigh, and Victor would still him with his hand.
+bonus: uh also the fact that Matthew has like very weird food cravings. Like have you guys seen when he said bacon wrapped Oreos?? Head cannon that he basically has the cravings of a pregnant woman without actually being pregnant loll(lowkey one of my fic ideas..🤫)
