not to argue against your rules or anything, but i dont see the issue with weaponry....? u said yourself that its not something you would do irl, but well, thats sorta the point isnt it? you can't and prob wouldnt do it irl. in the case of comedy or "omegalolz", thats where humor lies. its an absolutely ridiculous and exaggerated version of reality... i also believe in artistic freedom as well, see it’s fine- if it’s like an artpiece and someone were to perhaps use my work as the main and it’s quite serious and artistic, i’ve seen that happen before and it doesn’t really make me uncomfortable or anything- like you said artistic freedom!! i feel like my previous response was a tad bit too rushed and super incorrect because the focus was on weaponry usage though i was supposed to talk about the violence-aggressive part of it instead sO i take that shit back and should restate (because weaponry usuage IS OK YA- even if it’s not directly on the model itself akldjalsdj just not in the manner that i’ll describe below which is more about the violence aspect)
the fine line that i’m posing is that is if someone treats something like that (i.e. violence with or without weaponry) as a joke i suppose….? not as a joke in a comedic haha kind of way (bc comedy is fine!!), but more in the this is just a prank y’all/ unnecessary- i’m not sure how to explain askldjalskdj, the user probably has 0 malicious intent or whatever but to have a gun pointed by my model at another one of my model’s heads for the lols for an ask that didn’t really call for it (since if i read the situation correctly, that rin was supposed to represent an actual askblog which means another person) is that not kind of slanderous is it not??? like sure okay if u use my models with the accessory of weapons to portray a comedic joke because i do it too?? like i make my models hug vy2 sometimes and he’s a sword heh u dont hug swords u die
but as soon as the model is used to represent someone else (which is agreeably wrong) or it’s just kind of unnecessary in context then ehhh issa bit tricky
because let’s say using my models as artistic freedom to portray violence is fine across the board, then my previous incident with the user who used my meiko model in his fetish work (which involved ball-busting and violence) then that should’ve been okay too (as it wasn’t unnecessary (i suppose) there was no r-18 naked bits, or gore- only fetishism) i should’ve let it slide and been fine with it…? and that user was just escaping reality through his art?? despite it making me uncomfortable to see my work portrayed in such a manner? and the user going out of his way to maliciously go against my terms of use which are put in place so that my models are treated in a more G -> PG manner??? u get where i’m going with this?? that situation is probably not the best clear-cut example since the user himself was an absolute dickbag and his intentions were definitely malicious so i’m still salty lol
despite that, i’m actually not against any forms of art involving gore or violence especially if it’s serious/has some deep rooted meaning or a story to back it up or anything with an explanation- an artistic approach, if it’s unnecessary then it’s just……. well…. unnecessary (especially in the situation that this issue is surrounding because it was pretty unnecessary and could’ve been done in a different more appropriate less violent way)
and while im at it, the only reason why r-18 (or at least nc-17/x) is prohibited (which means porn and anything involving mature content which does include excessive graphic gore and violent shit) is because it’s part of tda’s rules

but ya!!! i mean i’m not against your opinion at all!!! i believe 100% in artistic freedom but like i said at the beginning, a fine line gotta be applied alsjdalksjd i’m sorry since my previous response was really rushed- like i know where ur coming from definitely!!! my prev response was worded really dumb but hopefully you see my viewpoint more clearly now as well and kinda at least get why i put those rules into place??? (well the r-18 one is tda but i’d also be uncomfortable too with r-18 esp for PRON alksdjalksjd which has been done before with my meiko tda edit LOLOLodalksjdaklsjd) again you don’t have to agree and if you do your own projects you can put whatever rules u want hehe but this is just me and what i do with mine :3c
