Warning - Spoilers for Detective Grimoire and The Mermaid Mask.

SFB Games you have DONE IT AGAIN. I first played Tangle Tower about a year ago, and it left me so desperate for more of your works. Having just finished Mermaid Mask, I am once again in desperate need to talk about this game and the characters and the story and aaaaaaaa.

The writing is so fun and charming, this is the only game that makes me genuinely search for every possible line of dialogue just to hear characters talk.

The story and puzzles are designed so well, I quite literally never had to use the hint function. The game simultaneously leads me to certain answers incredibly well, while leaving others hidden in plain sight until they are revealed in the narrative (Im looking at you Compass).

I just have so much to love in this game (real spoiler territory ahead seriously be warned)

The Mermaid's design is so cool, the reveal of Gripp as not only the killer but a secret third from the maiden voyage was so well disguised that, even after they revealed there WAS a third, I was believing it was Zephyr until Gripp actually came up in dialogue. And Sinthia and Symmetry going to live with Fiona and Poppy aaaaaaa oh my GOD its so amazing.

Game's of this quality are so incredibly rare, and coming from such an inconceivable small group of incredibly diligent creators is rarer still. SFB Games is a studio on-par with Team Cherry in terms of size and quality, and i pray that they are one day just as famous too.

In conclusion, I will never Be Normal again, and if you ever decide to make more Detective Grimoire, my life is yours.
