Pray for a group of believers - women and children included - who were recently attacked and forced to flee their homes in South East Asia.
Babu’s* arm was broken in the attack. He says, “I became extremely afraid when the beatings took place, but I was determined I would never leave my God. It is a privilege for me to suffer for Christ. I was only worried about my children, but God has protected us. I am not discouraged, but I know things will be difficult now as I cannot work to earn for my family until my arm gets better.”
These families have not returned to their homes because they fear that they will be attacked again should they return.
In the meantime, Open Doors local partners have been able to provide these believers with emergency supplies.
Please pray that God will enable them to safely return to their village, or that He will provide other safe accommodation for them. Pray that God will also meet all their physical needs as well.
Pray for protection and wisdom for the local Christian leaders and Open Doors partners who continue to help these believers, despite the risks involved, making sure that though they are persecuted, they are never alone…
