Dimash is a classically trained operatic baritone who can also sing tenor and then he has this crazy falsetto and whistle register. What makes him really special is his ability to seamlessly transition through his chest voice, head voice, falsetto, and whistle. He has full control over the power and dynamics of his entire range. (Though the whistle notes he probably has to belt.)
There are a lot of gimmick singers and Dimash could have easily fallen into that category. But he trained to make every bit of his vocal range usable, musical, controllable, and dramatic. He was given an inherent physical gift but he worked hard to leverage and train it beyond a party trick. I took classical voice lessons for several years and I can't even comprehend how much hard work Dimash has dedicated to sing like this.
It's weird when there is literally only one person on Earth who can do something. What must that feel like? To know there isn't any other human being who can do what you can do?

And then there is Dimash, who decided to just... sing *all* of the notes.
I want to be the only one who can do something. I sometimes wonder if I am the most tired person on the planet. But I don't know how to prove that. I think I need to be creative and find a very odd and singular skill that I can perfect.
Like, maybe I could just dedicate my life to the kazoo. I will become the world's greatest kazooist.
