Who knew eating good portions of good food at regular intervals and moving your body every now and then would work so well.
Lol I'm the worst at updating my blog
Started back at work Jan 3rd, and have been busy and not posting on here.
The week was super good tho! Went swimming Wednesday night. Had a rest day Thursday and worked out the other days. Meal planning and good tracking has been good.
And I'm just slightly up from my 5km time last week. It definitely would have been ever faster if I wasn't spending time waiting for my brother who was pushing the stroller (I'm not ready for the stroller on this trail - Fuck. That.).
Gonna skip leg day because of my run and do upper body again tonight, maybe some yoga too.
Decision Time
Go for a swim, a run (no its pouring rain Idk wanna do this), or some youtube cardio video for cardio tonight?
Saw this frozen yogurt on here and I just had to make it.

1 mile run, it's been a while but I was hoping for less than 10 mins. So pretty darn close, yay.

Gained ~70lbs during my first pregnancy. Now its been a second pregnancy and nearly 5 years later, and only down the 10-15lbs I lost from actually giving birth ๐๐
I dont expect my body to be the same, but damnit, I'm stubborn and keep buying clothes that are too small for me. So I'd really like to wear them someday.
Don't know how I'm going to fit in working out with my busy lifestyle, but I'm sure its doable.
I just want to make more of another effort to be more active again and eat better.... The biggest thing diet wise is although I make fairly healthy meals and lunches for my kids I end up skiping meals and buying crap food and bingeing while I'm on the go, so I gotta stop doing that.
And then if I can squeeze in some more activity that'd be great too. ๐๐๐
