it’s kind of annoying to see normie ER fans talk about how kerry is “cold” and doesn’t care about other people when she has the most consistent track record when it comes to paying attention to other people working at the ER. she was the first to notice something was wrong with benton when he got appendicitis. she realized jeanie was hiv positive and continued to keep her secret, and then defended her when the news broke. she realized carol was pregnant when it was still a secret and immediately told her to stay away from anything that makes her feel unsafe. she saw benton’s fears about raising a disabled child and connected him to a well respected doctor who also happened to be deaf. she defended maggie and tried to help elizabeth too during the romano sexual harassment case. and when it closed, she made sure he changed his report on maggie. i just finished s5 of my rewatch but im sure there are other instances of her not being the alleged fanon cold hearted bitch

I know this is a cultural and institute specific thing, as well as a Carefully Crafted TV Show thing, but I want to see totally fucking deranged scrubs in the pitt ED. The only good thing about going to my local ED is spying the latest eye-burning scrubs prints.

Highlights include:

Spiderwebs and spiders

Pizza

Takeout coffee cups

Fairy bread (this is how you know I'm australian)

CHICKENS

Space themed cartoony pics that looked (and would have felt) like PJs from the 7-9yo boys' section

Dinosaurs, also boys' PJ energy

Love hearts with an ECG that would mean a fucking code blue

Christmas themed ones of varying derangement. Extra points when worn at any time other than December

Bright yellow with sprinkled doughnuts with fucking wings for some reason? (it's called fashion; look it up) it hurt to look at but I was enamoured

Every time I see them wearing deranged scrubs, it's always the matching set, top and pants, not just a crazy top with plain bottoms.

I know we got the dental scrubs on a next of kin and again I will state it would be horrible costume design to have these eye burning scrub wearers as pitt staff but I want it so bad lmao

Bring back Doctor Mehta and just give him a deranged themed scrub top his colleagues gifted him/punished him with please

REPOST vanityfair IG: Noah Wyle not only stars as Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch on HBO’s ‘The Pitt,’ but is also one of the creative forces behind the hit series, producing, writing, and sometimes directing.

It’s been a nonstop marathon for Wyle since ‘The Pitt’ became a breakout hit with its first season, which won five Emmy Awards, including two for Wyle as lead actor and executive producer. While Robby was a hero of the first season of the tense medical drama, the character became more controversial in the second as he struggled with mental health issues and lashed out at staff. Some fans didn’t love it.

But as Wyle tells VF, he has a clear vision for how Robby’s story moves forward and sees that arc happening over five or six seasons. “We put a purity test to our heroes that nobody could pass,” he says of the vitriol toward Robby’s behavior in season two.

Deep in the writing process for season three, Wyle spoke with VF’s Rebecca Ford about the criticism surrounding Robby’s fall from grace and what viewers can expect next from season three of ‘The Pitt.’
