just a silly lil jester jingling his bells through the stone walls. every jingle every jangle echoing through the corridors so much so i confuse the guards on which direction i’m actually coming from and make them jump when i whisper hello in their ears from behind.

i’m like a specter in these halls when i’m not with the king one the guards and knights dread not due to any terror or fear but sheer annoyance and my own depravity as i poke and play with them in the latest hours of the night. and god help who accidentally is alone at these dark hours… a man could get lost for a long time in the dark… and the knights who have been around for a while longer know the moans of a true specter is in the depths of the castle… in reality it was just me seducing them back when they were just young squires as i ran about pretending to be a succubi. it’s funny how a change patterns on your makeup can make a grown man not recognize who was his first naughty temptation. but the nights still know what happens in the dark and they still feel a slight warmth when my bells pass them by as they have a moment of recollection

everyone tells me that ADHD isn't an excuse for being lazy and that there are people with ADHD who have overcome their symptoms and are successful but every day I drag around an invisible dopplegänger of myself who is horrible and listless and always complains. and he is so heavy. I'm ambitious and I'm passionate but he isn't and the problem is that to get anywhere in life I have to grab him by the leg and pull him along the whole way, kicking and screaming, and sometimes it gets exhausting. sometimes he pulls me down with him. and it gets a bit difficult to explain to people why I'm lying down on the floor in pain when they can't see him.
