I feel like I'm immune to trauma. Yes, I know trauma probably helped in making me the way I am today, but I don't feel traumatized.

I've always looked at my traumatic experiences in a detached and logical manner. It's as if my trauma was happening to someone else and I was looking at it from an outsider's point of view. I'd always just look at it as "Okay. That happened." and then I'd get over it within a day or two.

Deep down, I have no emotions towards my traumatic experiences. It's why I can't comprehend "sensitive topics". Because, to me, no topic is sensitive. It's just a topic. I can't comprehend how anyone could feel sensitive or anxious towards something that happened more than a month ago.

Does anyone else get that rush when they take a new drug or a jump in dose for the first time. Like so much can happen, will it fuck me up, will it kill me, will it give me previously I felt euphoria that leads me down a path of addiction.

I have a question. Are there people with ASPD who've never gotten in legal trouble or anything like that? Basically, they can control themselves, even though they rather would act the way they want to, but don't due to the possible consequences (jail time etc)?

Ofc. There's tons of ppl with ASPD who haven't gotten into legal trouble. I've done illegal things but I've never been caught for them so I've never been arrested.

Or not yet at least lol.

Though my "self control" mostly just comes from not feeling passionately abt anything enough to commit crimes over it, there's still ppl with ASPD that logically understand that doing something will cost them their freedom and make their life much more boring, so they don't do it.

I genuinely will never understand AI obsessions. I've never considered robot anything but just that. A robot. Maybe I've never been lonely enough, but even then, I will never be lonely enough to consider a robot my friend. I could be the last person on earth, but even that wouldn't possess me to talk to AI.

Talking to yourself is infinitely better than talking to a chatbot. At least you'd be talking to a living being that can think and care abt things. A robot is nothing. Can't think. Can't care. It's pathetic. And you make yourself equally as pathetic by calling it a friend/partner.

A lot of self-proclaimed "psychopaths" and "sociopaths" on tumblr seem to think that constantly saying slurs and being far-right is what being a psychopath/sociopath is all about.

That's not a lack of empathy, that's a lack of intelligence. Lacking intelligence isn't an ASPD thing. Stop trying to make it one.

Recently blocked someone who tried to get me to talk to ai chatbots because they're "less annoying than humans"... as if you talking to a literal robot that can't think or care abt you in the slightest is any less pathetic and uncool.

Most humans have at least some level of braincells.

Why do gummy edibles suck so bad??

I'm used to chocolate ones but I've been eating from this bag of blueberry pancake gummies for the past week and the highs have been awful?? Why do they only last 40 mins and leave me with such a headache <(ꐦㅍ _ㅍ)>

I've been told that me loving the "cutesy/cutecore" aesthetic and the color pink is actually me trying to lure ppl in and manipulate them.

Because apparently sociopaths/psychopaths can't like the color pink.

Some of you ppl need to understand that ASPD is not curable. "Getting better" doesn't mean our brains have changed. We still think like this. The difference is that we aren't taking action on most of our thoughts anymore.

And just so you know, "getting better" is almost always for our own benefit. We're not doing it for you and your comfort. We're doing it so we don't go to prison.

Adding onto the post by saying that "getting better" is also usually very uncomfortable for us because, internally, we haven't gotten better. We've only changed externally.

We still have to live every day policing ourselves and constantly micromanage our every move just be be accepted into society. "Getting better" and "healing" only feels good for the ppl around us.

The contrast between me (someone who doesn't feel anxiety), and my sister that has constant panic attacks and sends me pics of her face asking if her lips are blue (they are never blue) and if she should go to the ER.
