I'm kinda fed upp with this show

Like no hate at all love the show, been watching it since like mid-season 2

But, there are literally no stakes. It's not even intresting anymore. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there's a cool story plot (hens illness/ buck's addiction/ gd even the fucking sperm donor stuff) there's others i just can't remember them right now. It's over in like two episodes three if ya lucky.

EVERY Single character has been all 'omg i'm gonna leave the 118 and you guys may never see me again' they are back in the team in 5 eps tops. And they've all done it MULTIPLE times.

like every other episode another character is having some sort of crisis resulting in them maybe not been in the show anymore and nothing ever comes of it, it's exhusting.

Also, like whenever a character is being and arsehole *cough* Eddie *cough* it's never addressed the character growth is almost non existent sometimes. They have these moments they're supposed to learn from and it's just forgotten by the narrative.

ughhh sorry for the rant just had to get this stuff out. Please don't take it too personal if you don't agree. It's just a tv show lol

I'm kinda hoping lou leaving is not true and like a 'red herring'? and that the break-up is just a way to show bucks character growth.

He's never fought for a relationship before he gets broken up with and he just kind moves on, I hope buck will fight for Tommy In a way he never fought for any of his previous relationships.

I mean why get him to almost admit he was in love with Tommy just to remove him from the show I mean that would be the shittest and most unforfilling end to this ship.

Like I know I said this morning that I don’t get too invested but I've been thinking on it and actually kinda pissed rn ngl . Like this is the worst way to end a ship I've ever seen on telly.

Like I might actually stop watching 9-1-1 for this.

Holy Lord, the new season of the dragon prince came out yesterday and no spoilers but the va for Claudia deserves like all the awards ever. Her performance is f*cking heart-breaking. For many reasons. 1- josh deserves a hot firefighter boyfriend I mean come on. 2- the freaking tension between them during Eddie's stint at the dispatch centre, I mean enemy's to lovers who? 3- I don’t know there both kinda sassy like I see them really getting along lol. 4- they both deserve someone who understands the job, and like how difficult it is to lose someone on a call

Okay so over my years of being obsessed with this show i have read like at least 200 fics with pretty much the same conversation as the bucktommy date and nobody and i mean nobody had a problem with it.

But the second the other guy is no longer Eddie it's suddenly 'inappropriate' and 'insensitive' wth

I am like 90% sure buck was making a sex joke i mean look at that little smirk, and tommy reciprocated with his own joke. It's not that serious lol

I've seen a couple people saying that bucktommy are either gonna break up in the next episode or have an offscreen breakup between seasons, and that, doesn't make sense to me?

The way they've set up the ship implies at least a little more screen time than that lol especially with bobby's whole 'he's good for you' in the last episode.

Tommy isn't Natalia and he isn't gonna just disapear in a cloud of smoke with very little info on why.

I also think it would be a demerit to buck whole arch this season if the breakup (if any idk how it's gonna go) was offscreen at all i mean this is bucks first relationship with a man i think if they ever do break up it would be a very integral moment to bucks character, they should have a good reason and the fans pushing buddie isn't it.

Also extra bit having dry humour and being snarky doesn't make you an arsehole? It doesn't mean you care any less either, not bouncing off of the walls with pride over a loved one doesn't mean you aren't proud of them. My best friend acts a helluva lot like tommy and she's the most genuine person i've ever met.

This isn't an anti-buddie thing btw i just don't want the writers to sloppily push a ship in with little actual build-up
