The thing about post-Baltimore Kandreil is that I want Andrew to feel regretful I want Neil to feel guilty and Kevin to feel enraged BUT I know it's out of character for them to feel those ways. Andrew is incapable of feeling regret, Neil struggles with feeling guilt and Kevin was never allowed to get angry. Their trauma makes them experience a restricted range of emotions and I want them to move past those restrictions and grow. I see the possibility for that character growth and I yearn for it.
